Argos Southampton West Quay

I came in yesterday to buy my son a Nintendo switch for Christmas. The customer service was really good here. The man who served me at the till was very polite and chatty. Also the guy from the stockroom was really cool and gave me a winning Christmas scratch card . I walked away very happy so thank you for that.

AFTER THE COVID SCARE OF DECLARING NO CASH IN HERE!!! AND THAT I REALLY FELT DUMPED BY THEM THAT I COULD ONLY BE A CASH PAYING CUSTOMER AND NO CREDIT CARD USER WITH THEM!!! I BRAVELY WENT BACK!!! TO MAN UP AND SEE IF THEY CHANGED THEIR MIND!!! AND YES!!! HOORAY!!! THEY HAVE!!! THIS IS VERY EXCITING NEWS TO ME!!! THANKS IN THE END!!! I ENJOY USING THEIR WEIRD OLD BOX OUT THE BACK KIND OF WAY!!! I MUST DO!!! HA!!!

So kind and polite! People were always there to help me. I am new to the UK and did not know how Argos worked. But the representative explained to me how it did and assisted me in the entire process. So I wanted part of my stuff delivered and the other part to be collected at the store. Initially I made the mistake of adding all of them as store collection. But the representative made sure that he erased all of it and re-entered the list to be delivered and I ordered the items to be collected in store separately. Very kind staff!

Good place where to buy or collect items. I visit it when I collect the items I order on Ebay. Its employees are kind and friendly. Waiting time is short.

Very good experience. Customer service was really good. The shop floor staff Aravind was helpful in choosing the product and also Rachel was very sweet. Would visit again!

Popped in around midday today to buy a few household items and return one, staff were very friendly and proactively helpful, a rarity to see in retail these days, very good shopping experience.

Fast track is actually fast and I would recommend it to anyone who is in a rush etc..

Also I forgot my card one day at home and I was able to fast track the order and pay online, 2minutes later I was walking out with the item! Great service, super fast and reliable!

Have to say a big thank you to Alex who was so helpful and polite today when I was returning an item. He was a breath of fresh air. Argos....you are lucky to have him!

Picked up a purchase here 2 days ago have to say very impressed with Covid safety measures, staff were on the ball and efficient. Pick up is at the door so no need to enter the shop which is perfect, well done to the staff and Argos. Shame about the other customers who were there who seemed to be oblivious to any safety or distancing outside, there is always one, or 2 in this case. Will be shopping here again. Top Job guys! Thank you!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team at Argos Southampton West Quay. I went to collect instore on Saturday, not realising it was closing time. They were insistent I could grab my item as it was just a collection and were really happy and friendly. Thanks guys! 😊

This is without any doubt one of the best malls I've ever been. It's modern, big, beautiful, useful, well located and we'll organised. Without this shopping centre, Southampton would be a different place.

Went to pick up two items today ready for Christmas. Although there was a large queue, one particular member of staff sailed through serving customers and was so polite and friendly. James C of west quay Argos deserves employee of the year :)!!

Love this place. Huge variety of places to eat. Quite a few 'mens gadgets' stores which all seem to have the same stock. There's often entertainment in the main plaza, and it's easily accessible to the Southampton city centre.

Quick service, nice and clean inside. Their same day delivery team are always great, really polite every time I've used them.

The self service payment system is a great idea,and the consoles tell me if the item i want is in stock.The waiting area is adaquate There can be a wait while the backroom staff order pick the desired goods.To be realistic there can be a few minutes wait but it's not life ending and the whole shopping centre area can be busy.The staff are friendly,and least they are with me.I imagine they are on minimum rate of pay,yet still do a good job,even on a sunday with grumpy customers.well done.Im not sure why the photographs of West Quay shopping centre appear on here.The shop isn't in West Quay.It's in West Quay retail park.The devil's in the detail.
