I needed a new exhaust to replace my rusty broken one on my VW T4 coachbuilt campervan. The usual exhaust repairers couldn’t do the job as my 2.8 metre high campervan was too high for their buildings. But one garage recommended I try Sparky’s Autos who have a hoist/lift outside their place. Contacting them they said "yes bring it in and we will look at it for you" They were able to identify and order the part I needed and so ordered one and the next day did the job for me. I can’t thank them enough as the nearest alternative garage able to accommodate me was 80 miles away ! I thoroughly recommend Sparky’s to all coachbuilt campervan owners needing repair work and all car owners needing any repairs or servicing of their vehicles. Jack will fix it for you.

We were just setting off to drive home after our holiday when we had a message on the car saying it was low on oil. We rang this garage and they said to call in they could take a look at the car for us.. They topped the oil up and offered us some advice, were very friendly and professional and were also very honest and didn't rip us off. If I lived in Alnwick then this would be my garage of choice! Thanks chaps.

Just needed a code cleared but lots of places were shut up for Christmas already. Just wondered in at opening time and the lads sorted me out in two minutes flat. Can't ask for more than that.

I cannot rate this garage highly enough, my car needed a fairly sizeable repair while we were in Alnwick on holiday, Mark went above and beyond to get us back on the road again and salvage what was left of our stay. Absolutely fantastic service, that I would recommend to anyone. Thank you

The guys at this garage has done an amazing job for a friend of mine up on holiday from The Wirral with her mum and two children and three dogs. They replaced a water pump and timing belt for her within 36 hours, which for me shows compassion and also brings to the for front how the NE reacts to help people in need.

Although the garage was flat out with work, Mark took my car in and repaired my diesel leak within a day. I can’t thank them enough for helping me out at such short notice and keeping me mobile. Definitely would recommend to other road users 10/10

Been a few times now absolutely spot on and good price too.

Took my car for servicing to one of the garage in Alnwick- sadly they said the dipstick is stuck and advised me that only the actual car’s company will be able to take them out.
I wonder around and went to this garage to see if they can help- one of the staff who looked into it and play around for 60 seconds- he then actually managed to remove the dipstick out!!

Really helpful and understanding after I had trouble with the clutch and had to call out the AA. . Mark and his team got the job done ( new master cylinder) in the shortest time possible as he knew we were heading on to another area of our holiday and ultimately had the journey back down to London. Outstanding service at very short notice. Broken down car rescued from the side of the A1 within 10 minutes of the phone call. Cause of breakdown diagnosed in about 2 minutes after being recovered. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, helpful and knew what was going on. Recommended unhesitatingly.

These guys did a great job for us. Our car broke down on the first day of a week's holiday in Northumberland. Other garages told us they couldn't even look at the car for a week or more. Paul at Sparky's told us they'd try and get it fixed within a couple of days, and then actually got the repair done on the same day. He kept in touch regularly to let us know the problem (water pump) and cost. Brilliant customer service!

We met the two fine gentlemen today when our Motorhome broke down at the side of the road (wife melting down, child about to melt down). They were courteous, helpful, speedy and made us feel like we were the most important people on their agenda. One striking thing, they gave a very fair price for their services, even though they could have taken advantage of our distressed state. We slip in a bit more as Sparky"s Auto have our deep gratitude and respect for everything they did today. Thank you gents! HIGHLY recommended.

Fan belt on Volvo XC 60 snapped at 4pm in middle of nowhere. Car progessively lost power steering, hydraulics and then all power. Car limped to Sparkys in Alnwick ...pushed the last 10 metres. Staff were totally positive and confident. Fixed within the hour and we were on our way. Great result. Can't praise them enough.

During our holiday the rear brakes failed we tried multiple local garages who were unable to help .Sparks we're busy but came to our rescue even driving out to our hotel and made the car safe to drive can't thank them enough Fantastic job definitely recommend Sparkys Autos.
