I just want to say that I love this gym the people who work there the atmosphere is amazing. I have Ellie as my PT and she is amazing she made me feel so comfortable and at ease when I started and now I’m so confident using the gym but she pushed me to what she knew I was capable of I would highly recommend Ellie as a PT.

Such a friendly and inclusive gym. All the PTs and reception staff are great, all so positive. Ayishah husband and mine’s PT is superb, adapting and adding new things to challenge us, keep us motivated and work with our various injuries. Can’t recommend her highly enough. We always walk out with a smile on our face no matter how work stressed we were feeling before the session and how tired we feel after!

I have been training at the Better Body Group for ten years and with Brogan for four years. The sessions are carefully planned and enjoyable and the training is based on expert specialised knowledge. The gym is a friendly place where all clients are treated as individuals. I had not done any strength training before I started and I am now able to lift 60kg, which is quite good for a woman in her 60s!

Most gyms can’t keep up with the demands that trainers put on them, you need specialists equipment that allows you to move and shape your body based upon your discipline or speciality. After a Sport rehab session - Friendly and welcoming service and very insightful knowledge shared for the hour paid.

My husband and I attend a group class, lead by George. Although young, George is a very experienced trainer, the exercises are varied and tailored to fit our ability. We work hard but the classes are enjoyable. We would happily recommend the gym and George.

My teenage son had PT with Charlie periodically for a year to help him with an army scholarship - charlie was really inspiring, challenging and motivational with just the right balance of pushing him hard and gaining huge respect. My son has gone on to be a full member and really enjoys the atmosphere and incredible équipment the gym has. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and any training questions are gladly answered.

I am so lucky to be part of this amazing group, BBG ticks all the boxes for what I need and what I want; the location, facilities, friendliness of the front desk ladies and the absolute best trainers, Hannah Owen and Danae.

Good gym with plenty of equipment. Not too fancy just a get in and lift heavy things type gym. Reception staff are always very friendly. They have a good selection of PT’s and some classes.

Ruby absolutely loves your training sessions at better body group, Ruby hits big targets with her training and she's very proud of that,

she comes out of training buzzing telling me or her mum what times or achievements she's has got that night.

Ruby comes out very positive and full of happiness which is great.

Absolutely love being a member at Better Body group. The personal trainers are all so friendly, welcoming and very knowledgable. The facilities are awesome and it has a great vibe.
I can highly recommend both Hannah Owen and Jade Henderson. I have been training with Hannah now since January and she has been the most amazing support; helping build my confidence with my lifting and encouraging me to believe in myself.

By far the very best gym I have ever trained in!! The staff and personal trainers are excellent. The gym is lovely and spacious with training equipment that is state of the art.

Better body groups is a extremely friendly gym. Hannah is a knowledge sports rehabilitor. Helping me through my rehabilitation. I would throughly recommend.

Fantastic gym with excellent facilities! My trainer Charlie has been brilliant in helping me along my journey, He's kept me accountable and I cannot thank him enough for all his help!

Our teenage daughter trains weekly with Charlie - her aims were to get; fitter, faster and stronger. Charlie recently graduated from Chichester Uni with an MSc in Strength and Conditioning, his knowledge, insight and approach to training is brilliant and very up to date. Darcy loves her sessions, enjoys the challenges Charlie brings and she is seeing great results. We would highly recommend!

Personal training is very good. Great trainers who adapt to what you can do while pressing you at the same time. Each session is varied so it doesn't get repetitive.

I have never enjoyed going to a gym until I discovered Better Body Group. It has a unique and positive atmosphere. All of the staff from reception to trainers are really welcoming, professional and patient.
From my own experiences and witnessing others I can vouch that the staff are sympathetic to the individual clients needs and will work hard to build a bespoke plan to suit your individual goals and requirements.
If you are considering joining a gym I would really recommend the Better Body Group to anyone.
Let's put it this way I don't think there are many places where I would invite all of the staff to my wedding... They are a fantastic team :)
