Absolutely the place to go for all your baby needs! Fantastic service and really great to have the one on one experience.

We met Caroline at one of the baby shows last year and to be honest, we had planned on purchasing our pram and car seat from one of the online department stores. I am so pleased we didn’t. First of all, it’s great getting the chance to support a small, local business but also, the advice and time that the team gave to us was so valuable. I’m a first time Mum and I was so overwhelmed by all the car seat and pram options out there. Caroline invited us to her shop and she took so much time to run through every aspect of the products with us. She listened to what we wanted and gave such helpful advice. We ended up ordering a Bugaboo Pram set with accessories, a Doona city stroller and the Maxi Cosi Pebble 360 car seat from Little Poppets.

I have to also comment on the terrific customer service and communication we received from David and his team while we were waiting for the order to be delivered. Due to supply issues (not Little Poppets fault) there was a delay in getting our order but David was so helpful and reassuring, I cannot fault him and his team with how they dealt with things. Thank you!

Please think about Little Poppets before buying online from the large retailers. The one to one sales service and advice is so helpful, especially for a first time family.

We personally received excellent service from Caroline. She was informative, helpful and clear with the options available to us.

It is so nice to be able to go into a proper shop and be able to speak with knowledgeable and helpful staff who take personal pride in their business and the advice they offer.
All in all we found the visit very helpful and would not hesitate to recommend popping in to them for some friendly advice and/or purchase.

We have been looking for a very specific type of pram right before going on holiday - Joolz Aer - and came to this shop without much hope having read many negative reviews. 15 min later, we came out with the pram we wanted in colour we wanted - they were all in stock, huge choice of colours and no need to wait for a delivery. Waw! This was amazing. The owner was very knowledgeable about all the brands and features and explained everything very clearly to us. Very happy.

They are sooooooo helpful in there and stacked with information and experience. Honestly couldn't recommend it enough, a massive range and there just so helpful with helping you choose your pram for you. I dont believe you would have got the same customer care & experience if you went into a bigger chain store. Support local! Honestly so impressed! And we left ordering our dream pram!

Just a note for people reading bad reviews.

Please be mindful that manufacturers and supply has been extremely difficult for all businesses since the start of covid. You are only being told information the company is being told by their suppliers so have some appreciation and empathy.

Secondly, If you buy online without viewing in person and are unhappy with quality , that's the choice you've made. Do what we did and go to the store and treat it as an experience.

Company is amazing , staff very knowledgeable and helpful and competitively priced.

The staff were so so helpful. Nothing was too much bother, the lovely David spent an hour and a half explaining all pros and cons of different prams, enabling us to try them out and test out the different features of each pram.

I'm not normally one to leave reviews but this lovely store went above and beyond when helping me to choose a travel set! No ask was too much, even trying to fit different parts into my tiny car boot. I could not recommend this store and their wonderful staff any more, they truly have been amazing. I couldn't be happier with the experience at this store. Friendly knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make sure you are getting exactly what you need!! Been there several times for our 1 year old son and they have plenty of stock ready to go on the day so no waiting. Happy customer

What a fantastic experience buying a pram bundle at this shop. The service was impeccable. David told all about the two prams we were interested in. Gave us time to take in the info and play around with them. The lady was also very helpful and attentive. Bought the pram and took home with us, he even packed it up in the car for us. Little Poppets & Co is the 3rd baby shop we have visited and was by far the most helpful! Megan was very knowledgeable, informative and friendly and the most helpful shop assistant I have met so far whilst searching for a travel system to suit our needs. Would certainly recommend to all parents to be.

We paid a visit to this wonderful shop today to purchase our first babies pram. We were met by an incredibly knowledgeable guy who owned the shop. He was very patient with us and the million and one questions we asked. He remained positive and welcoming throughout. He asked lots of questions about our needs from a pram which are specific as my girlfriend is a full time nanny and with that Information proceeded to suggest two prams.
Neither were top value which made us feel like he wanted to provide us a pram to suit us not simply what was most expensive.

Amazing service
Went in to buy a pram bundle for our first child and they couldn't be more helpful. Showed us all the options and explained everything to us and listened to what we were looking for. The owner spent time with us when we couldn't decide on what we wanted.
We also got to take it home with us , when many shops have waiting time.

Popped in on the off chance to look at strollers - ended up spending an hour in store with Dave and Gemma. Dave was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, friendly and understanding of our needs. So good to have a personal experience with full demonstrations on various models and prices to match on line. Thoroughly recommend you check this shop out if you’re thinking of strollers but they also do other bits and pieces! Thanks so much for your help.

I visited Little Poppets last week to pick out some essentials for when baby arrives (pushchair, crib etc.) I am a wheelchair user so had pretty specific requirements for what I needed. Everyone in the shop was so friendly and helpful, in particular Caroline who really helped make sure everything suited my needs. Couldn’t recommend Little Poppets enough – amazing customer service, great range of products and really knowledgeable staff. Thank you Little Poppets Team!!

My experience at Little Poppets exceeded all expectations.. staff were friendly patient and very knowledgeable! Caroline took the time to assign a whole afternoon to me and showed me all her stock.
Even in covid times I felt safe and very confident in my purchase.
Another baby store cancelled my baby furniture the day I went in to labour! Obviously I was so upset and worried my baby would not have any furniture once we returned home!
I phoned little poppets told Caroline my situation and with in a week Caroline David and the team had my beautiful furniture sorted out for me...

We were referred to Little Poppets by a friend so we decided to visit a few weeks ago. The service was great from the start. In-store we were allowed to look around ourselves at the well displayed items and were told that someone would come over to us soon. Chloe looked after us and was a star! She asked us what we were looking for and we basically said everything! We managed to narrow down what we wanted and she showed us the perfect selection of prams and car seats. To be honest, I was worried that we would be overwhelmed with the choice of products since this is our first baby, but Jemma and Chloe were so helpful and patient with our questions (in-store, via email and on the phone afterwards too!). We definitely recommend this store to all parents, especially if it is your first child and you want to avoid the stress of a large department store!

We brought our venicci travel system, car seat, snuz pod & our nursery furniture through David! We loved the whole experience, David took his time to show us through every detail of all the products & how each one worked so we feel confident when our newborn arrives that we know what we are doing!! :D we brought during COVID & the shop has put all the appropriate precautions in place & it was a safe environment to be in. If we go on to have baby no 2 this will again be our go to shop!! :)

I met Little Poppets & co at a baby show last week. I spoke with them beforehand as I have been trying to track down a pram for the longest time and they said they would bring it for me to see.
