Car park at the back (£1/hr) of which you can receive a £1 back at the till if you spend over £10

Free parking on Sunday or after 6 pm Monday to Saturday. All other time, you need to pay for parking first and then claim it back if you went shopping.
Free coffee for Waitrose member but you need to bring your own cup. Coffee machines are located on level 2 and level 1.
Toilet is located on level 1.
There is a Cafe area located on level 2, inside of shopping area.

Toilet water tasted much better than Tesco’s and Lidl

I suppose everything you'd expect from a waitrose, had all the usual aspects of what Waitrose offer to shoppers and aligned to what I have found at other Waitrose stores.
This store served my purpose & I complete semi-regular shopping trips here.
Happy to return when I need.
Staff are friendly & helpful, which is always an added bonus.

I have been to waitrose cafe because M&S Costa Coffee Starbucks Gails Bakery was very busy by the looks of it
I don't really go to Starbucks as much now
but this time with my mum and my sister mollie and there I had tuna and sweetcorn sandwich then a chocolate chip cookie
My mum had some eggs and some other things as well
It wasn't too busy in there which was very good to hear
You get a 5 out of 5 star rating

We had a great experience at Waitrose Sevenoaks when ordering cheese for our wedding day! The click and collect order was easy to do and the friendly team at Sevenoaks even gave us a little wedding card and gift. Goes without saying the cheese went down a storm with our wedding guests! Very friendly staff and great quality at reasonable prices! Pleasant atmosphere! I think that the canned fruit range could be larger and they don't stock Jif peanut butter unfortunately! Certainly knocks Oldie and Liedl for six! On the whole though it's not expensive when considering the quality and the experience and the service! Well done!

I absolutely love this store as everything about it is excellent. It's within walking distance to my home. The quality and variety of food is excellent, staff are friendly and welcoming. It also has loads of optional extras such as, free coffee, cafe, seating area, parking and toilets. Definitely a store to recommend to family and friends.

All you normally expect. Some good prices too. I believe you can get your parking fee back if you park in the multistory underneath.

Went there today just to collect a John Lewis order. Initially he said it wasn't there on his system. A bit more searching found it. No problems.

Very popular supermarket with adequate parking. Good levels of quality stock at reasonable prices. Shopping pleasure without the cattle market experience!

I do love the occasional shop in Waitrose for quality and variety. Also welcoming, good service and happy staff.

The staff are always very helpful, and this supermarket is a nice size...not too big that a shop takes forever. There are loos and parking, also does John Lewis click and collect.

Calm atmosphere, not crowded and plenty of unusual products. Outstanding wine selection with some excellent discounted offer.
