Green Farm: Spa, Retreats & Barn

My daughter and I attended a yoga retreat a few weeks ago at Green Farm. It was a fabulous way to spend a weekend that included 4 yoga sessions and the most marvellous spa. One treatment, was included but we decided to arrive early on the Friday to enjoy another. The therapists are wonderful and we had one of the best massages ever!

MaryAnn and Martin are the friendliest hosts who have opened up their beautiful farm and home to welcome guests. The food was superb, healthy, delicious and expertly prepared by “young Ian”. It was lovely to be treated to a glass of local sparkling wine at the welcome drinks and we were able to enjoy wine with dinner at a very reasonable price.

We enjoyed ourselves so much and felt totally refreshed after our little break that we’re returning in October with 2 friends. We can’t wait and if you’re looking for a professional combination of yoga/spa/5 star accommodation and delicious food don’t hesitate to book!

I spent a blissful half-day at the spa. As a travel executive myself I have to say this was a top notch experience. I couldn’t fault it and would give it 10+ stars if I could.

My host Madison was exceptional, despite there being other guests at the spa she curated my experience perfectly. It felt so private and exclusive. She was incredibly attentive and immensely professional, a real asset to the spa.

I had a massage and facial treatment from Kristy. As a man in my 30s I need to clarify that this was the first facial I have ever had and I was blown away by how relaxing and rejuvenating it was. The massage was also incredible.

In addition to my interactions with the team members the owners were also present and engaging. I got to cuddle their dogs and head off on a refreshing country wall supported by detailed instructions.

I couldn’t recommend this experience enough, it was worth every pound.

Spent a weekend at Green Farm with my sister and a friend for a weekend yoga retreat. Outstanding experience, from the minute you arrive and receive a warm welcome, to fantastic food and spa services, beautiful accommodations and surroundings, and finally yoga sessions with experienced and welcoming instructors for all levels. Hope to return again some day.

Green Farm Kent is a beautiful spa, run by Maryann & Martin which offers such a lovey warm welcome in the heart of the countryside. Stunning fields, gardens and a proper working farm and allotment producing their own food too. We had a lovely relaxing afternoon here with a delighted spa treatment too so would highly recommend. If you are searching for a great local pub to walk to then I'd recommend The Woolpack Inn in Warehorne too which is a 16th century pub offering delicious seasonal food in a great pub with stunning B&B rooms upstairs.

We had a wonderful half day spa experience. An amazing treatment, followed by delicious homemade lunch and then use of the hot tub and sauna. We even braved a dip in their natural eco pond. We had the place to ourselves! Staff very welcoming and lovely. I would highly recommend. We hope to return soon! Thank you xx

Lovely spa half day at Green Farm.
Treatments (massages) were epic, food was healthy and really tasty, the hot tub, eco pond and sauna were a joy! Recommend!

I had a lovely experience at Green Farm - went to the spa for a lower body detoxifying treatment which I had never had before. My therapist was very welcoming and explained what would be happening throughout. Despite it being quite an intense treatment, I still felt relaxed and could really feel the toxins being released. My cellulite and skin tone has definitely improved too. Would definitely come back for more treatments.

I booked the Barn at Green Farm for my best friend’s hen weekend. The main barn is spacious and the open plan living, kitchen and dining area was perfect for a large group. The barn is finished to a high standard throughout and the layout is perfect for lots of people - there are plenty of bathrooms and the Cowshed offers extra bedrooms and living space for a large group.

Martin and the team at Green Farm were pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful from the beginning of the booking process throughout our stay. We appreciated their approachability and willingness to help out with any questions or issues throughout our stay.

We used the hot tub on our first evening which is in the spa courtyard just across from the barn. It is a private setting and plastic glasses are supplied so you can enjoy a drink at the same time. It was great even on a slightly cold and drizzly evening.

On the Saturday morning we took Martin up on his offer to show us round the farm and meet the animals. We were lucky enough to visit during lambing season and got to meet the new lambs and see them running around the fields. We also met and fed the cows and visited the chickens to collect eggs. Martin is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and we enjoyed hearing about how the farm is run, it’s sustainability efforts and the associated charity. The community garden looks like a great place for young people to learn about nature.

Overall we had a fantastic weekend at the Barn at Green Farm and would highly recommend it to large groups looking for a weekend away in a country setting. The barn was equipped with everything we needed and Martin and the team were welcoming and accommodating hosts. We hope to be back in the future!

A super new offering at Green Farm - the Jessica Geleration manicure. Less harmful to the nails than shellac too! The wonderful Gemma greeted me and we sat comfortably in one of the treatment areas for my soak-off and manicure/reapplication. A lovely add-on to now consider when booking any other treatment at Green Farm too! As always, the therapists at Green Farm are so welcoming, professional, discreet and polite. What better way to spend an hour or two or even more!

Green Farm Spa is truly wonderful place. If you are looking for a quick spa treatment or a day well spend, its the place to be. I had an amazing time and will be coming back soon :-)

I cannot rate this venue highly enough. We stayed in the barn for a hen weekend and the offerings of the retreat were second to none. You are surrounded by a sense of peace, tranquility & nature. The morning yoga session; wonderful. Wild swimming; invigorating. Walks in the kitchen gardens & farm; wholesome. The hot tubs; relaxing. The massage; best I'd ever had. I cannot wait to return & highly recommended anyone to choose a retreat or self catering break at Green Farm. Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤

A fantastic oasis of calm in the Kent countryside! Beautiful surroundings and views. Amazing hosts that cannot do enough to ensure you have a magical stay. I have been lucky enough to stay a few times in the comfortable and luxurious barn. The perfect place to relax and unwind with friends. The spectacular spa is tranquil and treatments are relaxing. The offer of afternoon walks are a welcomed touch and an opportunity to explore the ancient woodland. The Pilates day retreats are also wonderful. Sessions are enjoyable by Tali Swart and suitable for everyone. There is always time to enjoy the hot tub, sauna and lake (even if it's a little icy) between each session. The food provided is fresh and delicious. The home of Maryann and Martin is inviting. Every time I visit Green Farm I'm always sad to leave, but look forward to my next visit. A great place for a staycation.

I had a reflexology treatment with Isha today. Her kind, gentle and attentive presence enabled me to relax and unwind. Her attention to detail and knowledge of anatomy and reflexology meant my treatment was tailored and precise. She helped me to see areas in my body and being that would like more of my care and attention. Thank you.

A stunning little retreat for pampering, wellness and relaxation. The food was outstanding, as was the warm and friendly service. I had a fantastic massage which was thorough and the masseuse was expert in spotting problem areas and working on them. My mum had a facial and came out all glowy and smiley. It's set in beautiful grounds with lovely view, farmland and nature, and very well kept and clean. What I really loved was that it was nothing like a chain or big company spa, the decor and grounds are unique and artistic, and there are nice little personal touches everywhere.

I received a treatment here as an Xmas gift & will definitely be coming back! I love the holistic philosophy of this place and its beautiful vibe- sustainable forestry & farming meets pure luxury! Such a unique place where the staff & owner are really friendly & welcoming (even to our dog!) . The owner is so knowledgeable about green practices & her farm is very socially engaged - running programs for the local community & for kids too. Due to my involvement in woodlands I have a particular interest in sustainability and she shared so much about protecting wildlife, enriching soil, creating clear water ponds and farming in Kent . After our luxury treatment my partner & I had a beautiful walk over the fields and woodlands which are part of the farm. We can’t wait to come again and have dinner with nightingales & listen to birds singing in the stillness of the forest at night! Wonderful & unique.

My lovely children booked this stunning venue for my 70th birthday present. What an amazing gift! The whole experience was 5-star and the owners Maryann and Martin are such a friendly and incredible couple. The venue, yoga classes, massage treatment/hot tub/sauna and the superb Michelin star meals, was the best yoga retreat experience I had ever had.
Sadly I had to come home to normal life after such a wonderful, peaceful weekend experience.
I will certainly be returning at least once a year in the future.

I visited Green Farm Spa with 2 friends for one of their Yoga Retreat Days. The staff were absolutely lovely, very welcoming and very helpful. We did 2 yoga sessions with 2 different teachers, both of which were enjoyable but different to each other. It was a mixed group of people attending all of whom were there for different reasons. We were brave enough to try swimming in the pond which was a good experience to try and one that I do not think I would of been brave enough to do any where else. We were very lucky with the weather and were able to get into the hot tub after the pond dip and then on to the steam room. There were treatments available which we did not choose to do, however the group members that did have treatments said they were great. We also did a woodland walk which was guided by Maryann. In summary, I would recommend Green farm to anyone. It was a lovely day out where you got the opportunity to take time out for yourself away from the hustle and bustle of life. It was relaxed, welcoming with options on what you wanted to do and no judgement if you did not want to join in. It is in a lovely location and they provide home cooked healthy food which a chat by Michael the chef. We were also lucky enough to have a nutritionist on site who you could also talk to. A lovely team, location and experience.

Fabulous Indian head massage in a idilic country setting. I would highly recommend Green Farm and can’t wait to come back
