Freddie was extremely helpful and gave us such good advice on what would be perfect for us! He is very genuine and knowledgable. Would 100% recommend if you ever need advice on your next sofa. :)

Freddy the sales assistant was a superstar! They have a nice range of sofas but settled on a customer returned suite which fell within our budget. It meant no having to wait weeks for delivery! The whole process was easy, seamless and very professional.

My visit was completely accidentally but I loved the variety of furniture. Sales rep was polite and showed knowledge of the products and gave useful advice that made me buy some furniture.

Dropped into the store to buy some new furniture with my other half the other day pleasant not to be pounced on within minutes of getting through the door we were left to browse in peace and quiet when we wished to make a purchase we were talked through the options of our new settee and armchairs everything was carefully explained with no annoying sales pitch can't wait for our new furniture to be delivered 11/10 for Sarah who was a great help

Great service from the staff at Ashford. We took time in making our final decision but they were happy to give us time . After service brilliant we had a small hiccup with the feet of our sofa (our fault ) and they had some one out the same day we enquired . They lovely chap in the shop was so patient, we will definitely use them again. Thank you.

We were fed up 😞 struggling to get out of our chairs so decided to go to DFS and we were looked after brilliantly can't fault them at all.

Totally helpful and patient we took 3 hours to make a decision and the staff joke with all the time it seemed that nothing was any bother, thanks, we have been getting our furniture from d f s for about 25 years now.

Freddie the salesman was lovely, let us take our time, no sales pressure , very knowledgeable about the product, explained how to care for the sofas , explained about aftercare products and warranty , demonstrated the eazyglide system and also a sofa bed, all in all a very easy , stress free experience , end result bought a new sofa , would definitely use DFS based on todays experience, will give an update if things change after delivery

Visited DFS Ashford just to look, although we had an idea of what we wanted. Layout of the store is perfect, nice & bright and nice staff too.

After an hour we saw a cuddler sofa that fitted our needs, but we had a few questions. Found one of the sales guys 'Freddy' and we were so glad we chose him to go through our questions.

Freddy, is an absolute credit to DFS, nothing we asked was a bother to him & he explained everything to detail, we could not have asked for a better sales person. He is a real gentleman & I would recomend him to talk to to anyone looking for any advice on sofas, chairs etc...

We ended up buying the Cuddler Sofa we saw, added a couple of upgrades & I will say the whole experience was brilliant, not once did it feel like a chore, it was perfect.
