What a fantastic car buying experience! In a sales world where service is considered secondary Jaguar Ashford and Emma Jennings in particular was exceptional. Always responsive, nothing was too much trouble and considering we was over 3 hours drive away the videos, pictures and updates were excellent!

No problems whatsoever and was a great experience from beginning to end.

Fantastic. Start to finish was an easy experience. I got the car I wanted and Luke who was my sales advisor ensured it had the right level of specification with a patient approach to playing with different configurations until it was just right. The car was a reasonable price too. We bought two cars with the dealership in the last year and delighted with both. The attention to detail for the whole experience was brilliant and as you walk through the door you are made to feel valued.

F Type Jaguar . I did not intend to my a car when l visited just a set of floor mats for my XF . However l couldn’t help noticing the F Type as l walked passed .

After 18 months wait due to covid and supply shortages our new e-pace has finally arrived. I would like to thank Barrett’s Jaguar Ashford for their time and patience during this time and for keeping me informed of all the changes and delays during that time. The staff we dealt with were always polite well informed and courteous especially Alex who took our order and saw us through the whole process. Attention to detail by a pleasant and knowledgeable member of sales staff was our first experience at Barretts and then during the period of waiting factory delivery, we were regularly updated on progress.
