Barretts BMW Ashford

This is the first time using Barrett in Ashford and oh my goodness I cannot say enough good things about them. They are so so helpful, informative and never ever pushy. Chris came to introduce himself to us on just the wettest day with an umbrella and the service he provided to us was second to none. We also had Michael who sorted out the financial side of things and again he was just the best. We had two cars to trade in and this process was made very easy for us including Chris doing all the paperwork which was necessary. I would definitely recommend Barretts all the staff and the service they provide. I was looking for a car for nearly 6 months as I was after certain specs, colour etc. Saw it online and came to view it. James arranged for the car to be delivered as it wasn't yet ready. The service provided was excellent. All the staff were friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and always called me when they said they would. I was kept informed along the way. Car was delivered by their driver who was also friendly and polite. I had a small issue with the wing mirror however James arranged for this to be sorted very quickly at my convenience. Im impressed by the customer service provided by James, Michael and the team. Will definitely return when I'm looking for my next car. I ve used many main dealers before, the service here by far exceeds the other dealers.

I had a great experience with Shah who found me a great car in line with my budget. I am based over 3 hours from the site so did everything online, over the phone and via technology, so had a slightly different experience, but am very happy with how things turned out!

Me and my partner visited the dealership to look at purchasing a car, we had a lovely warm welcome from the receptionists offered a hot drink straight away we didn’t fancy a drink at the time but my 7 year old daughter did take them up on the offer of a hot chocolate which she enjoyed. We was seen by Richard Dendy the sales advisor who was very professional, helpful and welcoming we really enjoyed our buying experience with Richard all my questions was answered straight away no pushy sales tactics just how it should be many thanks Richard we look forward to seeing you on my next purchase

Very smart dealership and a good selection of cars. Simon was a delightful chap.

Simon Griffin was the main Sales Specialist I dealt with and he was absolutely great; we spoke on the phone, identified the spec I wanted and then finalised things by email (signing required documents electronically).
Unfortunately Simon wasn't at work on the day I picked up the car, but his colleague Khaled Hamid made sure the handover went very well.

The parts department are brilliant! The best team in the area. Huge thank you to the entire parts department team. Helpful, they will always go an extra mile and find the part you are after. Very quick to reply via phone/email. No need to wait for hours at the till, just ring the bell and a member of staff will be with you within a few moments. Huge thank you guys! Appreciate your help.

I was planning to purchase another BMW 520 and made an enquiry to my local BMW garage. They were unable to provide me with what I wanted in an adequate timescale. I made an online enquiry through Whatcar and Barretts answered. Shah Chowdhury has been exceptionally helpful and provided several quotes as I was also considering models other than the 520. Nothing was too much trouble and Shah managed to secure my business following a nice discount and the offer to transport my new car north free of charge. He also helped guide me through the process to ensure I got the appropriate model for my requirements. On delivery there was a full tank of petrol and a beautiful bouquet of flowers on the front seat.

The service advisor Samantha was excellent I want to give ten out of ten for her unstinting service to me as a customer,well done.

My car had to go in for some recall work and from the moment I walked in the front doors, I was warmly greeted by the staff at the welcome desk. I was then taken across to a table with my service advisor which is where they set me up with a courtesy car (which was brand new, lovely and well looked after) and once the work was done, I was called to pick up my car. The whole experience was extremely simple.
