Love the door. There were several companies offering this same design but I chose GRP based on positive Trust Pilot rating and their price. After I'd placed the order a representative from GRP called to confirm all details were correct and answered some queries I had (super helpful as I did change the handle type and letter box as a result). I ordered the door in July but due to delays with my builder it wasn't installed until November. I was aware that I should have checked all components upon arrival (as recommended) but didn't unwrap it. A mistake as when my door fitter came to install, it was missing the sill. I wrote to GRP who were quick to send a replacement, no questions asked

Ordering from GRP composite doors was very simple with no payment taken at the this point, at 9am the next day a representative called ready to go over the details of the order and ensure every dimension was accurate and understood whilst also advising on hardware suitability. Following this the door was swiftly delivered the next Monday, well packaged without a single scratch on the slab or frame. Accurate to the size ordered and fitted very well to the measured opening following their measuring guides. The colour is great and since the initial fitting I haven’t had to adjust the hinges.

The website is clear and easy to navigate, with a huge variety of styles, colours and accessories to choose from. I found the customer service staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Quality products, competitively priced with great lead times. Our joiner commented on how straightforward these were to fit. All in all a very positive experience and I would highly recommend.

I was very happy with the whole purchase. It was easy to add on each item and have the door furniture that I wanted. Delivery was on time and the quality is the best. I’m happy to recommend them to anyone who needs a new door.

I brought from GRP because found their website very easy to navigate and very informative, a wide range of door styles and colours to choose from, this was very helpful as it was the first door I’d ever ordered and was fitting the door myself. After placing my order I got a phone call the next day to go through my order and double check everything. Delivery very quick. We were very pleased with the look and quality of the door, fitting was straight forward and the door hinges were very easy to adjust, door was fairly heavy not sure I could’ve fitted it on my own. We upgraded the lock for added security the only problem we had were the keys weren’t releasing from the barrel very smoothly, I contacted customer services who were very friendly and happy to help, they posted a new barrel out straight away and took 5 minutes to fit, now working perfectly.
