Friendly, welcoming, switched on staff but particular shout out here goes to the store manager Wayne. Cannot overstate how much he went the extra mile to help and provide a fantastic experience. Would choose this as the go-to place in the area 100%.

Popped in just for some gloves today and was approached by a very pleasant guy called Wayne, I can honestly say I've never been greeted with such friendliness in a retail store before, he took some business cards from me, offered me a donut and a coffee because the temps were cold outside.

If any of screwfix's MDs see this review.. give that man a raise! He is an asset to your company!! 👏👏

I often use screwfix in Ashby as it's just down the road. I always find the staff very helpful , especially Codie she is bubbly with a lovely smile she brightens up the day .

I often buy online and collect within 5-10 minutes of payment, items are always out and ready for collection and competitively priced. Also open on a bank holiday which is fab. Great service thank you.

Great place and excellent staff

Staff are always really friendly and helpful which these days is rare. I've used a range of their no nonsense own brand products as well and never been disappointed. Never had an order not right or damaged.

Was open normal hours on a bank holiday and had the drill bit as long as your arm in stock that I needed, to top it off, they even gave me a donut. Great service thank you

I was looking for some bolts for my son's bed as he lost them in the move. However screwfix pointed me in the right direction and gave me a few places to try which was a success. Even though I didn't buy anything the gentlemen that served me was very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. Lovely friendly staff and atmosphere.

Ordered some electrical and plumbing items for collection. Found that one of my items was too small but they changed it for me straight away. They also helped find me a fixing that I couldn't find in their catalogue. Friendly, helpful staff. Covid secure. Good parking.

The staff are always helpful. They're also very knowledgeable. The click and collect service is excellent, and they're happy to order things in. This has been an excellent addition to the town.
