Good selection of furniture at varying prices. We eventually selected the sofa we wanted, it was delivered quicker than quoted, the delivery drivers at the alloted time and proved an excellent service.

Excellent service! Kate the sales rep we dealt with was fantastic. She gave us excellent advice, had great product knowledge and was able to answer our questions and offer advice without it feeling like upsell. All round great experience and we are now looking forward to taking delivery of our new sofa and chair.

Great stock, friendly staff and a clearance section (albeit slightly hidden). Sofas have become tech pieces and they have stock, clean and pleasant, never too busy on the times I’ve been but busier on holidays and weekends, small but adequate car park and easy from towns like Burton and Tamworth

Fairly standard DFS store but the staff here were great. Very welcoming and friendly, we went in just simply for decor ideas with no intention of buying sofas (as we had already bought in a different store) but the staff were more than happy to help us and talk to us about what other items they had.
Its in a bit of an odd location as you dont expect a DFS where it is located, but that said its still a good store.

Went in with a definite idea of what we wanted and came out very happy, didn't feel pushed into anything (like last time 5 years ago) seems like they have changed there customer approach and helped us in any way they could- was even offered a tea or coffee. The lady who dealt with us was very friendly. 5*

We had Jackie as our adviser and what a difference a nice personality makes! She was soooo helpful and we could have exactly what we wanted when we wanted it. Had a problem with our delivery time and date and the warehouse in Coventry wouldn't budge. One visit to Jackie and within minutes, sorted. Thank you.

We visited DFS Measham and was looking at recliner chairs. We had in mind what we wanted and after trying a few was approached by Jackie. She asked what we were looking for and she gave us a good insight into the varying types of recliner and different types of leather. We were very happy with our choice and the help provided by Jackie. We proceeded with our purchase without hesitation. Very nice place. You can just walk around and choose your sofa without disturbing. Personal is very nice. We have spoken with Jackie. She is wonderful. She has gave us many usefull advise about sofa. I can highly recommend.

Well looked after by a lady called Jackie didn't push into having extras but still told us about what was on offer and very happy with what we had .

Always very helpful, we have bought three suites from here, and never any problems. The reason we bought so many is not that they were inferior but the number of rooms we had to fill in different properties over the years. We still have one leather suite that is in excellent condition and is 25 years old.
