M&S Foodhall

Handy place to stop for a healthy and good priced lunch. I don't know if it is allowed, but I went with a colleague and we purchased some salads and drinks from the supermarket and we eate them in the tables of food hall.
The food hall bar has only sandwiches or similar with are not really my cup of tea so I will stop here only if I can have the food from the supermarket.

New to M & S food shopping.
We love the fresh produce.
The ready meals are delicious.
Loads of variety.
Will definitely keep coming.

Visited store today and i have to say the interaction from your front of house man mark was phenomenal, people left right and centre thanking him, fist bumping, high fives! He brought such a positive feel to your store

Always great food (as you would expect from M&S) and easily the best customer service.
Dropped half a dozen eggs when I exited the shop and the helpful staff member on the door offered, ran inside and fetched a fresh box with no fuss, which they really didn't have to do. The little things do matter and are really appreciated.

Also, all the staff deserve a thankyou for handling shopping during the pandemic as efficiently and professionally as possible.

I often stop at this branch on my way home from work. The staff here are great and as a regular customer, I feel valued. I am particular about customer experience so when I remember names, it means you stood out. Thank you Mark. Always a pleasure to be helped by you. Keep up the good work. Also your manager Andy is just as pleasant and helpful. Shame I can't give this store more stars

M& S food quality is ecceptional. They do have a bad habit if duddenly dtopping pro df ucts i like and buy regularly. 😡

Well laid out, fully stocked with a great range of foods and theres a coffee shop too! Usually has all the offers such as the meal deals and seasonal items too. Much quieter than the more central M&S food halls so its nicer shopping experience but easy as its close to the main roads.

Lovely young charming chap by the name of Dylan helped me with all my requests whilst shopping here, deserves a pay rise in my opinion

Second time I've been here. Purchased the meal for £12 but bought some other bits and pieces...as you do. Some really unusual food at decent prices. Really clean and spacious...just need to try the coffee shop now. 😁

Always love this place. Great food great products. Never had a bad product. I think you pay for what you get... And you get the best. Just brought my favourite.. Shepherd's pie, it is to die for.. Couple of juicy steaks and a apple pie.. Yum x thanks M&S

The staff are always friendly. I have issues with the self service alot. Not very tech friendly and they will always help. Very clean and stocked can always get what I need. Glass bottle squash is needed though .

Have been up to Marks & Spencers Foodhall a few times during lockdown. Everybody social distances, trolleys are already cleaned for you. It is a one out one in policy. I feel safe shopping here and have always left with everything on my list and the staff are wonderful.

I used the party food service, where you order on line and collect in store. Excellent and most convenient service. The sandwiches were superb. The staff were really polite and helpful. Stayed for a coffee in the cafe...will definitely use this service again

Great store. Has a small cafe inside and the usual high standard of food. Staff are all helpful and the whole area is kept spotless. Car park is a little small but that will be sorted out soon.

Went into the store and brought more than what I needed, my hands were full and a lovely gentlemen that worked there stopped to ask if i needed a basket, he then went and got the basket and held it while I put the food into it. I have never had this in any other store I have been to. Amazing customer service, i will be returning to this store just because of this experience.

Good small M&S Food store with suitable parking, in store cafe, and bakery section.

Love m an s excellent food and great service. I always know that when I get home the food is eaten. Lovely atmosphere and well stocked. Don't mind paying that bit extra knowing it's clean plates at home 👌

Not the biggest store but always well stocked when we have been. The location can sometimes be a little awkward with traffic but we've never really had many issues. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Best place to shop, especially during corona times. Shop is all stocked up and you also dont get people tutting if you spend more than 10 seconds in the aisle. See you next week.
