Vision Express Opticians at Tesco - Ashby de la Zouch

I came to Vision Express following a very poor experience at another local opticians. Vision Express were absolutely brilliant during my contact lens check and eye test. Every member of staff was outstanding and I was delighted with the professional and high-calibre service I received. I would highly recommend you to others - thank you so much 😊

Turned up as was staying in the area for a couple of days. I’d left my contact lenses at home. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful after emailing my optician who emailed my prescription to vision express, I was sorted out with some emergency lenses and seen by the optician to do all the necessary checks. The lovely lady (I wish I’d got your name)helped us out by trying to call the local alpaca farm when I said we were going to be late. Musa was so helpful in sorting the lenses. I couldn’t of asked for more, thank you.

Had an extremely good experience at this branch for my daughter’s annnual eye test and glasses purchase. All staff so friendly and helpful. Everything was explained clearly and we were dealt with very efficiently. All 3 members of staff we spoke too went above and beyond. Highly recommend

Had an awesome visit today. I wasn't due another eye test until August but I'd felt a change in my eyesight and booked a new eye test. I only go to this branch now because of the great service. My prescription had changed and so needed new glasses. I usually find this part really difficult and very rarely allow assistants to help. I'm so glad I did this time as together we chose a great pair of frames. Nadim worked out a price before I looked at the frames as I like specific coatings and transition lenses, making sure the price was ok for me. The optician, Hanna made sure I understood everything and if I'd got any questions.
Customer service has always been great and I won't go anywhere else now. I have to give a shout out to Nadim who is a fantastic assistant!😁

What a great experience at VE Tesco Ashby.
I’ve recently diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and it has really effected my vision, which isn’t that great anyway.
The whole team weee amazingly helpful and friendly, but hats off to Hannah the optician. She prescribed multi focal toric contact lenses that are brilliant.
Hannah was so kind, patient and really informative every step of the way to ensure I had the perfect lenses and glasses. Would highly recommend.

I have been a customer of Vision Express for many year's and have always been satisfied with their care given to my eye's. I recently had a Cataract removed and on my post opp eye test I had the best treatment. My concerns were explained in full, thankyou for your continued care.

Excellent experience throughout.
Care and attention was to the highest quality. The staff were all amazing and helpful, and also all had great personalities.
The optician was lovely and talked me through a few things. All were knowledgeable with everything eye care.

I went to the Tesco at Ashby. Nikki and Musa we fantastic. Had a problem with my lenses which was sorted without question. Lovely to see Nikki again, she’s a doll

Very good access for disabled, easy to book appointments, wheelchair friendly test rooms. Very thougher examinations with up to date technology. Good selection of glasses, all staff are welcoming, polite and helpful.

My eye test was so easy, caring, and very informative. A very pleasurable experience. The colleague helped me choose my glasses and I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

Eye test carried out - on time in a friendly and professional manner. Each aspect of the test was fully explained. Covid safety rules were observed at all times. No hard sell - a relatively pleasant experience.
