I had a great experience as a tenant renting with Umega in two different properties. Property management and maintenance are quick and easy. Communication was great and checkout now went very well. Despite some open issues I couldn't deal with when moving out, the team put some effort in minimizing deposit deduction looking for a cheaper cleaning service. I can highly recommend renting with Umega!

I had a great tenancy under Umega. I was there for 18 months, maintenance issues were dealt with swiftly and their online portal is easy to use to report problems. My agent Olga was friendly and communicative throughout my tenancy. I'd recommend their services to anyone renting.

Renting a mid market property for the first time.
From starting with the application process to moving in, Umega have been absolutely fantastic. The property agents have been very helpful from start to finish, promptly replying to any questions in a friendly and helpful manner especially Claire and Georgia, I feel I have been looked after extremely well throughout the whole process.
The property is a new build, fresh and clean with everything built to a high standard finish, I cannot fault anything.
Personally I am very impressed and happy with everything. I would highly recommend to anyone.

We are very happy with Umega letting for around 3 years with them! Here are the points:
1. They reply emails very promptly!
2. Their maintenance is very good, once you report a repair, they will arrange it with email confirmation and mentioning the engineer detail
3. The termination service is sooo smooth. We sent our request two days ago and they confirmed it today, with the potential withdrawal money for our paid rent! Today is Friday, they said the money will be in our account on Monday, what an amazing service! We can’t be more recommending this to you!
