Akash in the housing department was so professional, empathic and patient giving sterling advice to help me support a loved one. He spoke with warmth, understanding and took the time to explain the process that would help and I honestly was surprised by this as it is so rare to receive excellent customer service these days.

I am a manager myself and have worked in sales/customer and client facing roles myself for nearly 30 years now am highly trained and have hired and fired people over the years recognising what good ‘looks like’ - this was it. Akash is an asset to Croydon Council and should be praised for the customer service he gave yesterday - made the situation a little less stressful as we then knew what relevant steps to take. AMAZING!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Depending on the service I need, some issues have been resolved and some still waiting on a reply. When my father became bedridden I contacted the council for some help and they got back to me next day and I am very happy with the service which was provided by Eunice, she helped us get the equipment we needed to make dad's care easy so if your reading this thank you!

I just deal with everything either by phone or email and now they have an online accounts service it's just easier.

Never had a problem with croydon council, my resident permit is always sorted for me in one day. The lady on the phone was amazing! Her customer service was excellent! Few years back I needed help and Adrian sorted all for us within days!
Yes we are not happy about Croydon Council going bust, due to the people on the top, which are ridiculous but all other staff dose what they told!

Floor staff are wonderful people that have a difficult job as they process homeless people and immigrants. Some real emotion and the empathy there is moving. The JCP has moved in and now offer a large computer area for the work program you can also find job club there on some days generally helping.

I reported fly tipping on the corner of my road and within an hour it had been cleared by Croydon council. Amazing job done by two gentleman - very polite and professional.

I am dealing Croydon Council since 1998, few senior officers are racist & shop lifters, criminals & Corrupt making whole Council degrade & giving bad name to hard working staff, If you speak about your rights they will destroy you, they INTENIONALLY destroy your family & Intentionally rubble my One million pound property. Croydon is not a safe place to live peacefully & your investment is not safe ask me for admissible evidences on Facebook publically. Don’t mess with Croydoner.

Really depends who you get through to, but considering they are short staffed and doing more than they are getting paid for, some of their workers deserve credit

Removed fly tipping of domestic waste which was ripped open, from the side of my house promptly on a Bank holiday Monday. Thank you Croydon Council.
