McDonald's

McDonald's was busy as always but I do enjoy there food service was very professional.

This is my local . It's best to come early mornings because it gets very busy .

Rosa is a very nice lady who works their always putting herself forward to help people without them asking. Always going that extra mile with customers. If only more people were like Rosa

it's very crowded. One member of staff guide me wrong about food has eggs in it , which is very risky to eat .and we got know after Finnish it . They didn't accept it . No compensation or sorry for it.
But I still love to go sit and have bites there.

The best McDonald's I have ever visited.

The service was fast despite being busy and the food was actually hot!

This is one of the busiest McDonald's in the area, staff works very hard to cater for everyone, while still providing friendly customer service. Tables cleaned regularly and swiftly, queues are cleared quickly. I would avoid this particular store if you don't like crowds and prefer quieter place to have your meal.

They get quite busy, but service is still fast and accurate. Round the clock cleaning so a table is only dirty for a short time. But should it be that you need it, you just have to tell the nearest employee and it's sorted immediately.

McDonald in croydon Is Always has been one of the best environment , fast and they are very very nice and breakfast staff, are one of the person's very very fast in the service for don't make losing time to the people rushing to work sometime the queue is longer but this is the policy of the fast food. I really very very very recommended and the peak hour is between one two three and five Seven O'Clock in the evening

Monday 18th July 2022 at 6.16 pm This is not because we ate there as my daughter was queuing to eat but u fortunately she has epilepsy and why she was queue she had a seizures I would just like to thank the staff that helped and attended to my daughters we did not get there names just that there were 2 ladies and a gentleman we are so grateful for the help and making sure that my daughter was cared for until i got there many thanks to your great staff Kim and Gracie Williams

( Portuguese) was very nice and polite. By mistake kitchen staff given me wrong burger.. Maria helped me out very quick.. love her service..

Went there after a bit of shopping. Good, efficient service. Serving cheap food which I think it pretty good quality. I can see why it has done so well. staff are always pleasant here and its a small McDonald's with the usual menu and service. What is great it is open 24 hours and with a free large car park. A good drive thru experience, although no sauces offered. This McDonald's is NOT open 24 hours, unfortunately. Popped through the drive thru for a hot drink. Service was quick. Staff member friendly. Hot choc was as expected. No complaints here.

Great customer service from the cleaners every time they help me and also help my daughter really nice people would highly recommend coming here just for that reason!

Hurry up and get in before eat in to help out is finished! I used a Big Mac voucher and still got half off. Treats for nothing!!!! For a little while longer you can indulge without a big bill. 😁

Good McDonald, busy but well served

Always good. Love the self service machine. When your ticket comes out that is. All the specials are good too, and a bargain. Only downside is all the delivery companies coming in for their food

Great place very busy but food delivery time is same within 2 mins you will get your meal staff is always busy dealing with customers you will be lucky if you find seating place located in the heart of main shopping centre in Croydon.
