Kyle and Hannah were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the club and could help me with queries. Louise the asst manager went above and beyond with good service - cardio tennis with Fran is so good it should be on prescription for improving your health and fitness - highly recommend this club. Friendly staff and great atmosphere!

I mean if you know David Lloyd gyms they are pretty posh. Facilities are well looked after. Indoor tennis courts. Out door tennis courts, outdoor swimming pool, indoor pools for both adults and children. A gorgeous spa area with multiple jacuzzi steam and sauna rooms including outside jacuzzi and sauna and a bunch more rooms and facilities. Spa is probably the highlight of the membership. But the obvious draw back is the price. Pretty steep and I would wager most people who don't have that disposable income would want to make the most of everything they can whilst attending. Got a nice cafe with decent sitting space. Staff seem friendly and helpful. And have a decent amount of parking available.

Joined the gym with my mother today. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Tyler from the sales team was professional and friendly. He gave us a tour and answered all our questions. He took the time to find out about our goals and what we wanted from the club.

Visited the club and met with Kyle from the sales team, was very informative and could answer all my questions- so happy i joined with his assistance. He asked me my personal goals and catered my tour to my needs! the club has a great atmosphere and couldn’t recommend enough! :)

I have been a long standing member of David Lloyd for 33+ years. The gym has state-of-the -art equipment, knowledgeable trainers, and a supportive friendly atmosphere in all areas of the club. Their customer service is second to none and am consistently impressed with their professionalism and efforts to ensure members are satisfied and happy.

This club has invested wisely. We are now able to enjoy additional parking to assist to get to facilities quicker. We now have an outdoor pool, amazing spa, and an unbelievable gym with a multiplicity of incredible personal trainers. The eating facilities caters for all eventualities. Breakfast, lunch, healthy eating, liquid of the stronger nature. It all here.

Sales team Mike is the man! This guy is great, always there to help, sorts all my problems and answers any questions! Far better than most of the other staff! Love my home club Purley

Me and my friend came for a spot of lunch in the David Lloyd cafe, we had the most wonderful experience with the lovely Lisa serving us. She gave us the most delightful recommendations for food and helped us in every way possible. Will defo be returning

Really clean compared to the other David Lloyd’s and has amazing spa facilities. Also has really friendly staff, especially Will, who was really kind to us today.

A big shout out to Zeyad from Swim Stars. He has helped our little one’s journey to swimming, his teaching style of positivity and empathy has helped build the confidence in the water. It’s great to see our child smiling, laughing and learning - really engaged and enjoying the lessons and practising after class! Highly recommended and see you on Tuesday!

Sales manager Mike gave me a tour in Purley club today although I didn’t have an appointment booked which was very kind of him. He was really thorough and took his time in explaining all of the different membership options advising me which would suit my needs best. Club facilities looked great, the spa retreat area was out of this world.

Spa facilities were very nice with the outdoor jacuzzi. Maria made me a lovely drink, Lovely & friendly service from the whole club

It is a wonderful club and the swimming pool is brilliant for kids, couples, etc. Great atmosphere and really nice environment. I will say that the staff from the reception to the bar needs to be more friendly. The premises are fantastic, and clean.

Great gym, staff work really hard to keep everything running like clockwork. Everybody who works there is exceptionally friendly!!!

Facilities are excellent, a little tired but probably can’t be helped.

I do look forward to going there every time!!

Went for a tour at DL in Purley & Kyle was great in providing me all the necessary information. All the facilities looked good and I'm looking forward to making the most of it.
