Great service and honesty.
We have used Anthony twice now and have recommend friends.
He is like a headhunter for cars. You tell him what you are looking for and he will get it. The latest was that we need a first car for our daughter and he got a lovely car for her.

Just recently bought a BMW from A&R. Great customer service and the quickest and easier car transaction i've had. The free car delivery was pretty much essential for me as I live quite remotely and the other great reviews were a deciding factor in my purchase. Craig was very helpful and handled everything for me. Car was on my drive two days after our first phone call.

Back in April this year, I bought a Jaguar XF Estate 2018 with 19k miles from Craig and the team at A&R Carriages. Just recently the car went through it's first MOT and service without a single problem. I received excellent customer service and the process was slick and easy. I was given plenty of time to test drive and inspect the car without any pressure to purchase the car. The car was in excellent condition and the price was very reasonable. If you are in the market for a second hand and pristine car, I highly recommend you consider buying from A&R Carriages!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Craig had a video tour of the car I was interested in sent to me within half an hour, compared to the week and a half I waited for from a larger well known company. Craig explained every detail of the car, down to the scratches on it I wouldn't have even noticed myself and I 100% knew what I was getting into.
He made dealing with the car finance super easy and fast, and on top of that their lovely employee David drove the car up from Surrey to Aberdeenshire for us making the entire buying experience with A&R really pleasant.
Craig kept up communication completely throughout and went above and beyond. I'd 100% buy from them again and recommend anyone to consider them, even if you are further afield as their excellent customer service makes it a fantastic buying experience.

I bought an BMW from this garage, car is in very good condition, reasonably priced and I got a very good finance deal on the car. There were 2 trim damaged inside the car but since the car came with 30 days warranty, Anthony bought the parts directly from Bmw and replaced them. Really impressed with the customer service from this dealer, I will definitely use him for my next car. Keep up the good work.

An excellent experience buying a car from them. The process was simple, efficient, friendly and fast! I enquired online about a car on Thursday, the deal was done and the car delivered to my house (free of charge) on Monday (I could have had it on Sunday if I had wanted). They clearly understand the concept of great customer service and that a happy customer is a repeat customer! Highly recommended.

Bought my first UK car ever and I was pleased by how professional Anthony was and how much he cares about the customers. The car got some suspensions issues few days after the purchase and A&R took care of everything with no extra cost. Highly recommended.

So, I have waited a while to write my review.

I experienced a first class service from Anthony and his team at A&R Carriages. I bought a 2016 Audi Q7 3.0Tdi, which had taken me a long time to find due to the spec required.

After Purchasing the car and running it for around 4 weeks, it unfortunately developed an engine fault, which was extremely uncommon. Anthony and team, re-assured me that they would deal with the problem, and that I would not be required to cover any costs. Between A&R Carriages and Audi Portsmouth, the problem was dealt with and the car was repaired.

Due to the way in which the whole situation had been dealt with, I will be recommending A&R Carriages to people I know, and I will most certainly purchase another vehicle through them again.

This should be an example to all other car dealers out there.

What a fantastic car dealership. We only buy a new car every ten years or so, (whether we need one or not.) Our old car dealer had retired so we went to a car supermarket. Never, never never, again. So back in Croydon we went up the road to A&R Carriages. Thank goodness, it was so brilliant, so easy, helped us with everything, and even delivered the car. I would recommend anyone to just go and have a chat about the car you want, we got the low mileage AWD Jaguar we needed. It is perfect, and so is the dealership.

Purchased a 2012 Skoda Octavia Estate as a part-exchange and all negotiations were perfectly straight forward. Never done this with a second-hand dealership before but this was an entirely simple and pleasant experience from start to finish.

Absolutely fantastic garage. They really care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure you get the car you want. I am extremely fussy when it comes to buying a car but they really did accommodate all my needs when sourcing me one.

The customer care from Theresa, Craig & Anthony was top class from the first viewing through to post-purchase care. I had a minor issue when I got home and realised I couldn't get the petrol cap off. I emailed that evening and Anthony was straight back to me within hours. After a few suggestions to fix it myself didn't work, he asked me to come straight back the next day and they'd get it sorted. Sure enough, once I got there, 20 mins later it was all fixed! The car I'd bought was for my daughter - but based on that experience, I'll be back again to buy one for myself soon. Thanks team!!

I Recently bought an Audi A3 SLine from here. Car was a great price and literally in showroom condition. I thought it was too good to be true at first. Anthonys customer service was outstanding and he wasn't a typical sales driven maniac!
I was so impressed and satisfied that I bought and drove the car away on the same day. I took the car into Audi just for piece of mind and everything came out as perfect condition!

I would defo recommend this company and will come back when looking for a new car. They sell the top car brands, in perfect condition at competitive prices! I was going to buy an AUDI from big motoring world , but as I bought my last car from there , they do not negotiate on the price and they have an admin fee.
