Surman & Horwood provided the most amazing service for my dad and I in organising everything to do with my mum's cremation and internment. They were incredibly courteous, efficient and respectful and at all points a pleasure to deal with at a very upsetting time. I cannot rate them highly enough.

After two years I can now just about manage to write this.When I lost my Dad thank goodness they took total charge of absolutely everything,they lead me through and helped me organise it all.They were so proffesional.My grief was eased by what was traumatic for me.Cant rate enough
