DoubleTree by Hilton Oxford Belfry

Stayed at the Hotel as I was receiving daily Cancer treatment at the Churchill hospital.
I know my wife has already placed a review on Trip Advisor I just wanted to also say a Massive Thank You to everyone who looked after us especially Natalie who was not only kind but who always made sure my meals were on point as I am a rather fussy eater.

We will definitely be coming back.

I would like to extend my gratitude to a member of staff named-Nictavin who did spa on me. She was professional and engaged well with me and made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Her work was much appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to all who want to do spa. More over i would also like to appreciate another employee named Marvin who was in the Restaurant. He welcomed and oriented us well.

Hotel was very clean and tidy, nice large room with an amazing shower. The hotel was nice and quiet despite having a number of guests. Bar area is very nice. Plenty of parking and easy access to motorways. Would stay again.

Been staying for weeks, have had nothing but good service and helpful interactions with the all the staff, reception Ben Filip and Tanya were exceptionally friendly.

Dan and Charlie looked after me in the bar regularly and some of the staff even went above and beyond to make sure my dog had a water bowl and the occasional treats.

Chris and Elly from housekeeping had also been super helpful despite peak holiday seasons.

I don't know the chefs name but stellar cooking and appreciate it.

Amazing Spa Day! Victoria did the most incredible massage, food was lovely and facilities were nice. All that's missing is a hot tub/ jacuzzi

Can’t recommend this hotel enough, the staff couldn’t be more helpful , the food was well portioned and delicious, the rooms were comfortable and spacious with modern amenities and the pool was relaxing .

We encountered Filip on check in who was informative , friendly and was more than happy to answer any and all questions we had. We were offered an information pack with the restaurant and bar opening times , he offered information on dinning arrangements and also suggested a nearby pub if we wished to venture out . He even offered a warm cookie on arrival which went down very well 👌

At the bar we were served by Ashley and Jarad who welcoming and happy engage in conversation and nothing seemed to much trouble. Drink selection was varied and I’m happy to see a premium cider on draught such as Aspalls which makes a change from strongbow .

Once in our room there were unfortunately a few items which were missed when the room was serviced , but Ellie in the housekeeping team was more than happy to help and brought the items immediately.

On arrival to the restaurant in the evening we were greeted by Julie on the host desk who was accommodating and made the dining experience very personable and enquired into out reason for staying , providing and genuine conversation and effort into making us feel as comfortable as possible .

The food was delicious and well portioned and paired well with the wine recommended , we will certainly be returning :)

Except there was no availability at the spa which kinda ruined my surprise for my girlfriends birthday , everything else was lovely!
Car park way too narrow and we could barely open the doors to get out with cars parked boths sides.
The room , the bed , the staff , the athmosphere , the breakfast , everything was lovely.

Has indoor pool, spa and nice spread for breakfast.

Bar staff were friendly especially Leo, Dan and Cam.

Fantastic service when ordering my food at the bar. Lauren was great when dealing with my order and the food was superb. Really polite and efficient.

Out of the way, but a good 5 star hotel, very helpful staff rooms are immaculate. Breakfast was a superb buffet evening meal was delicious.

I arrived for a work event by train and perhaps slightly naively assumed the Oxford belfry was in Oxford… the hotel was lovely the food was very nice too. The rooms were extremely clean and the bed was one of the best I’ve slept in at a hotel. Additionally they have a massive tv and my room was also above average. Overall I would stay again but I would not be coming by train in future.

First time to this Hilton and loved it. Ideal for our trine to Oxford, 20 minutes away. Lovely room with all you need, lovely sports club and great dinning room. A big thanks to Danielle and Fillip for sorting out our little problem.

I feel like there should be a little more signage as it took us a long time to find our room! it was like a maze!

A nice looking hotel with large, comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Has a peaceful feel about it without feeling lifeless as some hotels feel.

OK so I can only go off my experience, but the young man we spoke to when we arrived kindly gave us a room with air conditioning, OK the room was about as far from reception as it was possible to get, but the room was huge, bathroom was huge, it had views and the air conditioning really worked. Some other older members of staff were not as friendly. Overall my experience was wonderful.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were immaculate. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. 100% would recommend and return here.

Fantastic venue for a conference with decent rooms and facilities. Staff were lovely and only too willing to help whenever asked.

Great hotel, very clean and rooms dark quiet and very comfy.

Stayed whilst visiting Le Manoir, really close only 5min taxi which came really quickly.

Came here to celebrate my partner's 40th. Had an absolutely wonderful experience booking, organising and the event itself went off without a hitch. Would definitely recommend this establishment for events: incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and helpful.

Went for a spa day with my two gorgeous daughters, had a wonderful time and the best massage ever, lovely way to spend the day with lunch included, beautiful location and amazing staff.
