This branch of Waitrose is the preferred supermarket for our weekly supply of fruit, vegetables and groceries. The entrance to the car park is conveniently situated on the outskirts of the town which means that we have he minimum of traffic congestion on our journey there. There is no charge for parking for a period of up to 2 hours and it is unusual not to find a space in which to park.

The quality of their fruit and vegetables in generally good and there is reasonable selection of groceries although the element of choice is restricted by the size of the store. The staff are very willing to help and one is made to feel welcome there.

As card holders we enjoy the benefits of free newspapers and cups of coffee!

From parking to customer service, this is a great supermarket. It stocks some unusual items including artisan breads and own brand world foods. There's a serve-yourself tea/coffee stop (bring your cup) and it does sandwiches. Loss of gift ideas, too, and a little homeware section.

Delivery staff are always very friendly and helpful and within the hour slot selected. I look forward to seeing them and groceries are always well packed easy to transfer to kitchen.

It's Waitrose! Great selection. Great staff, and prices to suit most pockets.

This Waitrose is a very large store with lots of choice. There are many checkout locations which make for much shorter lines.

Always a pleasure to shop at Waitose Thame.
Had some super help in the beer/cider department. I never know what to choose.
The check out staff were also very friendly.
The recent product shortages seem to be less apparent in this store.
The replenishment team obviously do a good job.

This is the ‘go to’ supermarket in Thame. I do spend more £ there but that’s because there’s much more variety and quality items to buy. The staff are really well trained and customer focused.

Great store, with great staff. Can usually find most things I need and numerous things that weren't on the list that I never knew I needed. 😉

Excellent service!. I went in on Monday evening to buy a last minute present, (a bottle of Rhubarb gin). At the till I asked if they had any nice canvas bottle bags. The lady explained that the ones I had seen previously had been Christmas stock and there were none suitable, but promptly offered to take it and gift wrap it for me. Within moments it was returned wrapped in tissue and cellophane and nicely tied , and all this at 15 minutes before closing time! I didn’t get the lady’s name but huge thanks! Brilliant service, you are a credit to Waitrose 🙂 .

Number of people in store at any time restricted by someone on door counting people in and out at all times to comply properly with covid regulations.
Bright, clean store with plenty of choice for all produce, etc. Fresh fish and fresh meat counters.
Fresh bread and cakes cooked on site. Plenty of friendly, helpful staff.
Outside the entrance to the store are many plants for the garden. Inside a huge array of cut flowers and indoor plants for sale.
Newspapers and magazines also for sale.

Lovely place. I like to get my fresh ingredients for a stir-fry from here as the quality is better than the rest. Shame the coffee is still unavailable due to the covid control program

Easy access to the carpark, and usually well staffed. There is a pleasant small coffee shop at the back of the store and benches with tables in a sheltered area in front of the store for you to sit and enjoy your free coffee.

Well stocked considering we're so close to Christmas! Although we always manage to find what we need. Great to be able to book shopping slots too and beat the queues. Well done Waitrose

Great, small store but well stocked. No queues even on a busy market day in town. 2 hour free car park is a bonus too!

Good sized store, which insists on masks and ensures all is Covid secure. Quite a large store so a good range of products. Good sized car park.

23rd December the shop was incredibly busy but the staff were still smiling and helpful. Well done the guy in the car park for showing where the empty spacers were
