I’ve been using Briants of Risborough for many years after starting my business back in 2007, purchasing machinery and spares when need be and have to say the quality is excellent!
Every time I’ve visited Briants and mainly dealt with John & Gerald in the parts workshop & Chris the manger in head office plus the whole staff, they have always been friendly, compliant
and professional in their work.
I will always recommend Briants as they have been reliable, and have gone out there way to make sure the task has been completed to the highest standard.

Nice layout of machinery and fencing. Bought big bag of kiln dried logs. Very good. Nice company to deal with. First dealt with them over forty years ago and it's obvious that service still matters to them. Excellent.

I made enquires regarding arris rails and feather edge boards, Thursday 1st June though they are a bit out of the way, Briants gave me no end of help with what I needed and delivery, on Friday 2nd I placed the order with Chris, who advised me that I would get a call to say when to expect delivery. Monday 5th June received a phone call to say they can deliver that day and 2 hours later all my order was unloaded and put where I wanted it. The professional way they handled this order was exceptional. Thank you so much to all at Briants.

Briants were offering the Stihl leaf blower I wanted at £30 less than most on line stores, so I decided to drive the 40 minutes to their premises rather than wait for delivery.
Best decision ever.
Blower was waiting for me, already assembled. Advice given on possible accessories, but not pushed. Once purchase was complete, blower was fueled and started by staff member who ensured I was happy with the process.
Great service and thoroughly recommended.

Just had my mower and multi tool serviced. They run better than ever. Very friendly and helpful staff which have been doing a great service even during a pandemic. Highly recommended.

Dropped in just before closing as was in area and wanted one 2.4m sleeper and a post to finish a project but needed to check it would fit in my saloon before I bought it. Dave was very helpful (even tho they were about to close) assisting me lift it and get it into the car with some jigging about!
He then found me the right fence post too.

Very happy with the service provided by Briants and would highly reccomend.

After I was messed around by another Stihl dealer, who stated a lead time of 7 days and turned into 5 weeks, I found Briants had what I wanted in stock.

Needed for a hedge job, client is waiting, ordered and immediately received confirmation and texts to update status of order from every stage from picking and packing to delivery which arrived promptly and well sealed with tape the next day. Machine has been tested and drained of fuel completely, something which not every supplier does, a sign of a supplier who cares about their customer.

Fair prices, and a good range of stock for sale, I will be back when further equipment is needed. Open your next branch up North!!

This is a business you can surely trust in my experience. I bought a battery for my mower online at a clearance price back in April. Lockdown meant I could not get it fitted by my mower repair man till mid-July. He informed me the battery wouldn't hold a charge - it was probably out of date. I relayed that information to Briants who immediately refunded the cost of the battery without question. How refreshing it is to find there are businesses that still have the highest values and best standard business practice. Thank you, Briants, on more than one level.
