Genuinely brilliant service. Drove up from Portsmouth to pick a trailer up, it was outside ready for me. The lads were polite and spot on. Had trouble with the trailer not securing to my truck, turned out to be my ball hitch to which they searched high and low to get one for me before directing me to a caravan shop. Purchased one there, took it to them and they replaced it for me, no hassle at all. Great guys, will definitely buy from there again, worth the 2 hour trip all day long.

I needed a garden blower which was out of stock I left my telephone number and received a call the next day to say it was back in stock.
I explained my car was out of MOT so a delightful young man delivered it to me in person and then explained that he even registered it for its 2 years guarantee. It makes such a change to get such a great service these days, very impressed

Bit daunting walking into such a big agricultural type of dealers but once I was seen too I was served by a friendly knowledgeable assistant. Products choices explained to me and alternatives offered and goods brought out to me and opened and tested. Great service, great product range for DIYers right up to professionals, will be back again one day.
