On retirement, I would like to report that our horticultural growing and packing business worked successfully with SUM-IT for over 20 years. The software dealt very well with processing, and presenting, data on the relatively high numbers of seasonal workers on our payroll. The accounting package, including the VAT element, also fitted well with our business. On the occasions when advice was needed the Gold support desk was always available to to steer us calmly in the right direction. Thank you to the SUM-IT team for your help.

I became a farm secretary in 1997. At the time was looking at the agricultural software options available. Sum-It stood out because I would pay for the Accounts software and any other and could have as many customers on without added costs. I paid for the Gold standard which was for the software updates throughout the year. At less than a bottle of water per day. And wouldn't use anything else. Vat inspections, accountants are happy with the reports. For contracting invoices so simple. So would highly recommend. Although now retired I am still using for my Son's Farm accounts.

I would recommend this software for farm accounts. I find it easy to use. Good support when you need it. The contractors diary is very useful if you have to bill jobs to customers regularly. You can look back and see what you have done previously and how much you have charged. Payroll works well too.

Sum-it has been a very useful way of managing my herd of cattle, from movements to medicine records, and being able to access any eartag and information on my phone at all times. The support service has also been first class.

I have been using Sum-it since about 1988. Iam totally pleased with the services of Ben and his staff all these years, just at the end of my telephone.
