Scott and his team at the macron store Norwich has provided a fast and efficient service over the past few months. the communication through email is quick and nothing is too much trouble. Our orders have been spot on, the quality of the sportswear is great and I would recommend it to anyone.

Timescales were slow and they were a week and a half later than the latest that was stated. Communication was poor as well. One reply wasn't done which was important as asked for a different size. When called, was told I would get a call back but never happened.

Was a bit stuck as had to order from them as they provide my Teams kit.

Would suggest football clubs consider the above.

10-14 days delivery quoted 27 days later and 3 excuse riddled emails later still no raincoat. Seemed Disorganised and kept making false promises for delivery times. I would seriously think about using a different company.
Eventually got my money refunded nearly a month later.

Wouldnt even rate them 1 star product still hasnt arrived a month after order have called and been told someone will call straight back 3 days on and still no call. Dont order a thing from this store
