ENCHANTED RESIN LIMITED

My Wife sent some items from her Wedding Bouquet to be preserved in a paperweight sphere in December last year and received the product back last week. After patiently waiting 12 months for what is meant to be a very sentimental item, we are extremely disappointed with the results. The product received is a total misrepresentation of the images displayed on the website. The items used from the bouquet look like they have been thrown together rather than carefully/ thoughtfully arranged and not presented nicely at all. The colour is very dull and there are broken bits of plant scattered inside the resin. There are also holes and scratches in the resin which further make it quite unsightly to look at. The remaining flowers sent have been returned in a paper bag- not protected at all. My Wife has asked the owner if she will offer a refund or remake the item but she has so far sent dismissive and unhelpful responses. Very unprofessional company.
