My wife and I brought a 66 plate discovery from these. We took it away and found it had a couple of issues, wobbly door handle snapped side of the seat and the service light was on along with the ad blue light and a very rattle speaker a cracked rear light.all things that clearly show it was t properly serviced or serviced at all. Granted we brought it a day before Christmas holiday and all was a big rush but still doesn’t excuse things.Just a few things that with better attention to detail and care would probably give you 5 stars all the way.we was not happy about the above issues so we contacted them and they got it booked in to have the work done.obviously it not being serviced and having blatant issues like a handle that’s about to fall off in your hand is not great and having to adjust my seat with a sharp bit of metal after just spending £15k is not ideal. Anyway boss man Told me to write a list of things I’m unhappy about and said they would fix it all.After a week all the work was done. Was dropped off absolutely caked in soap suds though to the point the we couldn’t ever see the glass in the passenger mirror and are having to take it to be cleaned tomorrow which is just a silly thing to let the over all experience down but this is minor and had a call to say that our courtesy car that we needed wasn’t available anymore despite booking it in a week earlier and they only gave us 45 mins notice of the issue with courtesy car and I was already on my way driving to them which wasn’t ideal at all. The lady on the phone also spoke
Over me numerous times and was rude to the point she TOLD me 1 hour is plenty enough then asked how far away I live and said you only live 40 mins away so I don’t see the issue! but the geezer with the London accent and the other young lad have been great. Especially the boss man he even said that it’s unacceptable to give such short notice and then offered to bring me the courtesy car and take mine away and then collect courtesy car and bring mine back when all done.No messing about. Get on top of your staff (female on reception) attitude that they have and poor customer skills that she has and you valeters attention to detail and I’m sure you will get many more 5 stars. The reason I have given 5 stars is the good massively out weighs the bad at this point thanks to the boss man as he went the extra mile and all communication with him was great. Think he just needs to keep a closer eye on his staff so they don’t let the team down. Being honest. I would still recommend these despite all of the above because all issues have been rectified and promptly.

Just purchased a new car from here, guys working here are really pleasant, fresh mot and fixed everything in quick time, ready to pick up only a few days after deposit, car was nice and shiny, looking forward to using it

Was looking to purchase a new car we had a few ideas on what we was looking for and Simon was so helpful and knowledgeable about every question we had . Nothing was to much trouble we felt like we was the only customers there as he attended our needs however the show room was very busy. I took a few cars out for test rides and even having the keys back from the first which wasn't a prob even tho he had a lot of people wanting other keys an to ask questions etc . I feel that everyone is quick to rush and tell people how bad a service is however not so quick to tell people how well they do also there after sales is A1 any detail they are spot on with should you have any probs , thank you Simon we will definitely buy from you again

I had a fault and engine light came on. I took it to Blofield Motor Company and their mechanic soon diagnosed the fault. The part was ordered on Thursday and then fitted on Monday. Absolutely delighted with fast service and repairs and a very fair price. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Many thx to Barry and Simon. 10/10 !!

Cannot fault! Super friendly and helpful and really genuine in their words and actions which you don’t always get with car sales. Assisted me in part exchanging my old car and setting up finance making things really clear and understandable. Had a small fault which I made them aware of and they replaced it quickly with no fuss and were able to work around my busy work hours.

Simon, Barry, Owen and their colleagues were great to deal with. I bought a 13 plate Mercedes from them in June 2021. There was no hard sell and Simon was very honest about the shortcomings of any vehicles. I did initially have some problems with the Merc, but they were happy to take it back several times and sort the issues. Since they sorted those minor problems, it has been driving beautifully for the last 5 months. Really happy with my car and happy with the service provided by Blofield Motor Company.

Simone one of the sales men was brilliant .I had a fault on the car he didn't hesitate to get it fixed for me .also leant me a car whilst mine was being repaired the team I had meet were all very nice .check out there website really nice cars at good prices.i will defferently be buying my next car from them thanks again.all the best to Simone and his family.
