Lovely garden and water area to walk around. Super cafe too. Staff were very polite and welcoming. We will visit again at a different time if the year. The rhododendrons were amazing

Really glad we decided to visit! Absolutely beautiful area to explore, surrounded by nature. Lots of places to sit and reflect. The cafe was great too for a drink afterwards.

A beautiful setting for a family day out, natural yet maintained and with things to keep the children occupied, e.g. collecting the wildlife stamps across the site. As a keen walker, I’d 100% come back on my own too, so peaceful and scenic!

The boat ride was fab and highly recommended. We did the 50min version at 12pm and I’m really pleased that we chose this more peaceful stretch of the broads than our other consideration of a boat in busier Wroxham. A big thank you to Tim who was great at spotting the animals (I was just as pleased as my nephews to see an otter in the wild! 🤩) and sharing interesting trivia on them. Seeing the medieval monastery ruins of St Benet's Abbey was another highlight.

Lovely day out for the wee one. We actually learned something ourselves and saw something we've never seen and that is the yellow skunk cabbage. Loved the little draggon puppet

What a beautiful, peaceful and calming place to take a relaxing stroll. Take in the sight of colourful flowers, the sound of bird song and the pleasant smells from the plants. Sit by the water or take a boat trip on the lake, eat delicious food in the quaint, comfy and welcoming cafe. We've really enjoyed a good three hours here today. Parking is easy and accessible. There is a small gift shop. Dogs are allowed in the water park on a lead but not in the cafe. It was well worth the entry cost of £18.00. We would definitely recommend a visit here.

Undoubtedly a beautiful place.
Some lovely old oak trees. Very will kept. I went here to relax and do some reading. I was surprised by the cost. I think maybe just a touch over priced for some people. Also, it's a little artificial despite some of the oaks being over 900 years old. This is not a problem other than its becoming the standard in other places which are best left to nature. However, that does allow for comforts like tea/coffee and ice cream 🍦
Some lovely birds here.

The most unexpectedly beautiful place to visit! It cost £14 for two of us as we booked online, which works out a bit cheaper. Would gladly pay more than that. Everywhere we turned, it got more magical! No two parts of it were the same. It really was a pleasure and I would've happily spent all day there if I had the time. The gardens are beautifully kept, lots of wildlife (saw the Kingfisher on the Kingfisher walk!) staff were all lovely, we ate in the cafe which was delicious, lovely seating area too. Can't wait to come back here, would highly recommend you visit here, no matter your age or what you're into! Apparently they have lights etc here at Christmas too which we'd love to see.
There were two bird hides which were positioned fantastically too. Then to our surprise, as we were leaving there were people playing instruments near the cafe which was beautiful and really finished the day off nicely, I can't imagine they're there every day though!

Lovely woodland walks. Having work done at the moment so parts are inaccessible. The cafe ( tea rooms) is OK
We had cheese and ham panini will a sausage roll and a coffee each about £18
Then we had chocolate marble cake. Very dry. But the birds and ducks enjoyed it. The boat ride was fun.

Had a really lovely day here. We got there early, went for breakfast then a stroll. It definitely got busier into the early afternoon. We didn't get the boat this time as it was a bit windy today but Will definitely be back to try that.

It is a great place to go for a walk and get away from all the noisy towns and cities. Lots of wildlife to spot, and there's stamps along the trails for kids to collect. There's a boat ride available and bird watching area, great place for dog walkers, and there's a lovely cafe and shop.

Amazing place, very nice walk, must see. It has almost 1000 year old tree, which was amazing to see. Charges about £10 for adults, which is well deserved.

Very peaceful stroll on a summer’s afternoon. Sadly the boats had been rained off. All very green and lush and lovely “Monet” style arched bridges over the water. Friendly helpful staff and good cafe. Cormorant flew low across the Broad and blackcap serenaded from the trees. Squirrels darted in the tree canopy. Eye catching dragonflies, but go March/April for best time to see Kingfishers.

A perfect day out for all the family. No two days are the same. Tearoom, toilets, boat trips and gift shop all available on site. Dog friendly. Lots of seating and picnic tables spread around the site.

A gorgeous and quiet place for everyone. As this place is a complete connection to nature and wildlife all is about peace and silence. Staff is excellent and very helpful. I've been personally surprised as the place is completely pet friendly (apart from the Tearoom) and well prepared for an unforgettable experience with our four-legged friends. Personally I don't recommend for children as they unable to understand the true value of the place. Definitely first class and five star. Thank you Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden.

A peaceful woodland haven in the fens. Not so much a garden as a managed landscape with some magnificent trees and an understory including hydrangeas and wet-loving plants.
Modetately busy on a Saturday afternoon in August. Booking is wise, even an hour before as it's also cheaper than the price on the gate.
Dogs are welcome on leads and with plenyy of bind there was no mess at all.
Being busy, birds and squirrels were scarce but there are a lot of dragonflies and aquatic insects.
The gift shop us very good, with a modest plant sale area.

Lovely walks through lush forest with views of the broads. The paths are well laid out and easy to walk on. Loved the little areas dotted about for fairies. Boat rides are possible. Super cafe serving light lunches, cakes.
