Community pub serving local community and tourists… very good cask and craft keg selection on. And community shop on site selling cakes. Well worth a visit.

This was the first time we had been to The White Horse for a while. Previously the food was average, but they have really upped their game and we had two great meals that were a compliment to the chef. While the prices have risen, the quality has vastly increased meaning it gave good value. We would rather see this than pubs trying to keep food cheap for the sake of it as that doesn't work. Most consumers will pay a little more if the food is good and it was very good.
We shall certainly be back again and is still dog friendly which is a huge plus for locals and holiday makers alike.

One of the best Sunday roast dinners I have had that wasn't cooked by him indoors or my mother. Lovely atmosphere, probably because it is a locals pub. Friendly and great service. We weren't kept waiting for anything. Will definitely go again.

I’ve enjoyed many great meals at the White Horse when visiting a relative in Acle, most recently for my birthday. The staff couldn’t be more welcoming, the food is always excellent and the prices remain incredibly reasonable. I couldn’t recommend this pub highly enough.

A lovely community run pub with friendly, local staff that made stopping here an absolute joy. We could park our motorhome in the car park for the night. The lovely and enthusiastic Jess told us about great local walks and made us feel really welcome. A small community shop is attached to the pub. We sat in the beer garden until the sun went down and enjoyed some lovely lite bites and a few pints.

Spent a lovely afternoon at this excellent pub. Good atmosphere, busy but not heaving - found a table out of the way we're our two dogs could sleep. Bar staff and locals all really friendly.

Comfortable, welcoming and friendly pub, came here on a Saturday evening and had some tasty food and good beers. It is dog friendly and we were allowed to park overnight in our camper. I would recommend it.

Could not fault this village pub. It's well worth the visit. Accessible by boat from Upton Dyke with a 10 minute walk. The place was welcoming, exceptionally freindly with helpful staff. Cosy and comfortable, a beer garden at front and back. If your looking for the best food on the broads this is where I would recommend. Exceptionally good home cooked food, the BBQ chicken melt was the best ever, all other meals in our group were highly enjoyed too. Would return again without hesitation!

Fantastic gastro pub which made a lovely evening stop on our way across the Norfolk Broads. Food was extremely tasty and there was a great selection of drinks too. The service was excellent. Lovely selection of items on sale at the shop too. Dog friendly, and lots of seating outside, which meant we could enjoy the evening sunshine. We would highly recommend!
