First visit here. Very impressed. Great food, great atmosphere and friendly, chatty staff. Hope to visit again very soon.

Outstanding Restaurant.

I've been all over, to many different Indian Restaurants all over the country. And I cant stress enough how this is still my absolute favourite. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. Food is excellent quality, generous portion and cooked to your liking. We went for my dads 70s birthday, the staff couldn't do enough for you.

Still the best in the country in my opinion. Thank you to the staff at the dilshad for making my father's evening a memorable and special one 💙

Ordered from here for the first time after deciding to use a different Indian to our usual. Both my partner and myself were very impressed with the standard, quality and portion size of the food. Will be using again. A small error was also quickly rectified. We ordered a small desert which was not delivered initially, however without the need to chase the restaurant the driver returned 10 minutes later with the desert. The total delivery time was perhaps a little longer than usual but we take a view that we don't mind waiting for good food...which we both agree was delicious.

A lovely restaurant serving Indian and a selection of English dishes. The food is excellent as is the service from all of the staff. I've been here twice now and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a very pleasant evening eating excellently prepared and presented food. You can also, if you wish, take in your own drinks.

Not long been in the area and came across this place by accident, best accident to happen. We've now ordered from here twice. The food is delicious, best curry I've ever had. Hoping to go to the restaurant soon when they have one of their quiz nights, when you order you also get a free bottle of wine, a little added bonus! Would highly recommend to everyone.

I’ve known Tony (owner) for a long time. Recently took My Mrs & family, for a big celebration meal. They treated us fantastic. Even though it was busy, food and service was spot on! They treat You like friends. You won’t find a better Indian Restaurant in Staffordshire. I’m telling you now!

Booked a 10 seat table online. Super simple. Friendly service as always. Bought cake out with lite candles for birthday and gave us a free flaming shot for the birthday boy.
You can bring your own alcohol but they do serve it as well.

Our first tine. Beautiful food and very friendly service. The owner, Tony, came over to welcome us. Nice touch. I liked that. We went on the Sunday night, so 5 courses for £10.95. Great value. Lots of food and delicious and very nice surroundings too.

Just been here after many years absence due to moving back into the area. Will definitely be our regular place now again. Great food at same price as anywhere else locally but service is 10 times better than anywhere. Made our 3 kids very welcome and even bought them come shots with the after dinner chocs

As a family we use the dilshad on a regular basis as we have for many years the food is always delicious and to a high standard, special thanks to Shah and AJ who are a credit to Tony they are always very polite and friendly and just great guys, keep up the good work , Gill, Steve and callum.

Been coming to the Dilshad for nearly 40 years since Tony the owner was a boy by his father's side.
I've seen this restaurant grow from a late night curry house where we all went to get another beer and the food came second, to the restaurant that it is today.
Tony and his team are always welcoming and the food is second to non.
There are lots of Indian restaurants in the Cannock area but this is amongst 1 of the best.
The Dilshad is definatly worth a visit booking advisable Friday Saturday and Sunday. I went for an early evening meal (6pm) on Sunday I had booked a table but by 6.30 the place was was full.
This is surely a sign of a good restaurant? Keep up the good work Tony.

I have been going for a few months now and I make a point of ordering my food and taking it away just for the sheer pleasure of meeting and talking to the staff and the manager.

Birthday meal for 22 people, meal was fantastic, very tasty and food pretty much came out altogether. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant is very clean and modern. Will definitely go again.

Had a takeaway from here for the first time. Ordered online & was given a collection time which was pretty accurate. Food was superb, very tasty! Will definitely be ordering from here again 👍

Had a fabulous evening at the Dilshad tonight, it was a celebration of our sons birthday. First class service with first class food, our son and his fiancé enjoyed a wonderful evening, thank you we'll definitely be back.
