Even though from the outside it looks humble, inside it opens to a labyrinth of discovery. Gorgeously decorated rooms, halls and corridors opened as I travelled through the salon.
I was greeted with stylish, welcoming, professional and happy staff. I was offered delicious artisan tea.
Even the restrooms upstairs are tastefully decorated.
I have very thick and long hair and know there is no chance I will get out in 3 hours, so in the end, it was 4.5 hours. My hair stylist was Emma, and she patiently worked with me through. And to get me out in time, train joint in to blow dry. I was there for full head highlights, toner, treatment, cut and sleek blow dry, and it all came to £280, same or less than half head highlights and toner at my previous place. Also, because I had to leave and Emma didn't have time to go over the cut on dry hair, she suggested that I drop by when I have time, and she will do it.

I’ve never been loyal to a salon until I discovered Leo Bancroft! Nancy is awesome. Not only does she do a great job advising, colouring, cutting & styling my hair but her infectious energy means I always leave the salon feeling upbeat and like I’m ready to tackle the day, with my new hair as my armour! All the staff are lovely & the salon is beautiful too.

Leo Bancroft is a elegant, boujee, exceptional salon. The decor is bespoke/modern and truly fabulous. All the staff are very friendly, happy, welcoming. It certainly is a treat when it comes around to my appointment, makes me feel royalty being pampered in such a lovely setting, feeling so relaxed.

My superb stylist is Robert, I’ve been lucky enough to have Robert as my stylist for the past nearly 3 years, he’s done absolute wonders on my hair. My hair was thin, badly damaged, uneven, a total mess, upsetting for myself. Now my hair is healthy, sleek, grown so much, fuller/more volume, making me so unbelievably happy! Thank you Robert for everything :) and to the amazing salon/staff.

I have been coming to Le Bancroft for the past 6 months and what an amazing experience, decor is superb and the atmosphere is super friendly and elevated. Every step of your treatment will be as pleasurable as the last and the consistency is always there. Going to Leo Bancroft is like a mini spa experience, the 'quiet room' where you get your hair washed has massage chairs, music and beautiful wall murals. The experience with Robert is always great and I'm very pleased with my hair. The salon is light and airy, serves decaf coffee and very reasonably priced. I recommend coming here.

I have been going to this salon for a few years now and I can say that each time has been a wonderful experience. The stylists are super talented and I trust that they will do exactly what I asked for every time. I always look forward to going because i don’t see it as just a hairdressers - I go knowing I am going to be in a great environment where I can relax, get spoilt and escape from my stressful world. I fully lap up and enjoy the few hours it takes to get my highlights and cut. The staff are trustworthy, talented and will treat you like you on a first class flight. Danielle is my regular colourist and always seems to know exactly what I’m asking for even though I’m useless at articulating what I think I want! I know I’m in safe hands as soon as I sit in that seat and I always come out with the best highlights that last longer than other places and blend in well. Today I had my hair cut by Lydia and she was on point - she made sure she knew exactly what I thought I wanted and was charming and really took pride in the cut - you can tell she’s striving for perfection in her work! And not forgetting Emily , who is a wonderful chatty professional who knows her stuff - a grest colourist and cutter combined with great attention to detail Thanks to everyone who has done my hair there you all really are precious gems 💎

I had my wedding hair done at Leo Bancroft Salon with Amy. The service I received was excellent. It was easy to book an appointment. Amy went above and beyond to ensure my hair was perfect and made sure I had the most relaxing experience. I was taken upstairs to a private room to get ready with my bridesmaids while the photographer was there to capture the moment. My bridal hair was beautiful, plus it stayed in place all day.

My favourite salon ever - the only place I trust. They all look after you so well. Chelsea is your girl for balayage - 10/10 from me, plus she’s lovely!

My first time at Leo Bancroft today and had a great experience. Sherie was skilled and friendly and gave my hair the much-needed attention it needed! I had a cut, blow dry and gloss - I am very happy with the result. The salon is relaxing and comfortable. And service from everyone I met was fantastic. Looking forward to my next visit.

I’ve been going to Leo Bancroft since I moved to Weybridge earlier this year and they’ve always been outstanding! They really care about their customers hair and how best to achieve the result you want. Even if there is a minor issue or you’re unhappy with something, they have always gone way above and beyond to make sure it is corrected for you to leave happy! A fantastic salon, extremely professional and knowledgeable. Steff has cut and coloured my hair for many years. I even followed her from a previous salon to Leo Bancroft and am delighted I did.
