Park Guest House

Great last minute stay. The room was big and bed was comfy. Having breakfast served at 7AM is a really welcome thing. There's a private parking, it was easy to find. Very positively impressed!

A fantastic wee guest house! Clean rooms, great breakfast and the lady that owns it is lovely. The breakfast is great value also. I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a place to stay on their visit to Inverness.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for three nights and it was absolutely wonderful! We loved every minute of it. Sarah and Michael are both excellent hosts who are not only friendly but also happy to help with anything you need.
The room was spacious! Clean and beautiful! The view from the window was lovely as it was at the front of the house. The room had towels and we got mini shower gel which smelled lovely! There was tea and coffee in the room.along with a kettle and tea pot.

The TV was a smart TV which was fantastic as it.meant we could watch Netflix, the only issue we had was the batteries needed to changed but this wasn't an issue as we spoke to Michael and he changed.the batteries int he remote and it was sorted.

This was the perfect spot to stay in Inverness. The rooms were comfortable, the shared bathrooms were spotlessly clean, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. It’s also super close to anything you could wish to see in the city. The ONLY flaw at this location is that it’s a bit hard to see oncoming traffic when you’re trying to pull out of the driveway, so large vehicles beware.

Long train rides from West Yorks to Inverness. Had a night's stay on my way up to doing a 7-day solo trek, wild-camping & bothying in the far north. Had a night's stay on the way back down before joining friends at the Edinburgh Fringe. The logistics were complex. I had full 15-20kg backpack of gear including tent, sleeping bag, 7 days worth of food and stove etc. Also had a large holdall with all my civvies for the stay in Edinburgh.

They were really helpful over the phone. Very kindly agreed to look after the holdall for the week. They allowed an early check-in on the way down. The message about the early check-in may have been missed. Really good to deal with by email when I reminded them and in person.

The room itself was a single and more than adequate for me. Really could not quibble at the size given the price. Decent shared bathroom too. Good full Scottish breakfasts and coffee both mornings. Took a 15-20 min walk to & from the station but again really can not quibble at the price.

Decent chippy nearby - Ocean Blue. Nice walk up & down the river running through Inverness. Quality haircut and beard trim at Top Cutz in the city centre. Just gutted that I didn't have more time to explore.

Very nice B&B. The room was very clean. We stayed with 3 persons and had a nice spacey room. Very good parking possibilities. The breakfast costs extra, but it was fresh, tasty and homemade and worth every penny. Very friendly people.

My partner and I stayed for four nights while touring the highlands - this place was great for our budget and cozy, clean, and welcoming. Breakfast is lovely, and the host Sarah was very friendly. Just a 20 minute walk into town, very accessible! I highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Nice clean room. Friendly efficient staff. TWO bathrooms one with shower which is more than a lot of places. Good breakfast choice. On-site parking. Tv with lots of channels. Kettle for coffee/tea making and some nice biscuits which I can’t touch as I’d feel guilty lol. Sink in room too. Towels and shower gel supplied on arrival. Comfy bed. Good location inside “Uber eats” area so lots of food available. I can’t find any faults whatsoever and will probably rebook on way home or at a future time. It’s a pleasant change from the usual places I review for a living.

My wife and I spent one night here 2 weeks ago as we were doing a vacation tour of Scotland. The gentleman who runs it is very friendly and accommodating. Got us our key and showed us to our room right away, he asked us what we would like for breakfast and at what time, we wrote our orders down and went on our way. Come morning we went down to the dining room. We were welcomed to some classical music on the radio and an excellent breakfast. We left the table happy, well fed and well rested for a long day of castles and sight seeing. Accommodations are simple and tasteful. Parking in the back was easy and hassle free. It was like spending a night in my grandparents home, a lovely experience overall :)

Brilliant service would stay there again in a heartbeat

Very nice ! This guesthouse is old fashioned (in a very good way). It's located near the city center: only 10min walking. The room was very clean and smells good. The towels were changed daily. The common bathroom and toilet are spotless ! We had different options for breakfast (continental/scottish). It was yummy. And the owner is very nice and helpful.

Lovely little house to stay in. They were very friendly and cook a delicious breakfast. While the room was small, everything was very clean and well appointed. Would stay here again

Stayed here one night, lovely, tidy spacious room with everything you could need. Both bathrooms spotless and was pleasantly greeted by The charming owner when I arrived.
Breakfast menu was full of choice and very tasty also the dining’s room was very elegant 5/5 * would highly recommend

This is no ordinary B&B. Beautifully modernised & Luxurious. Super King Sized bed available. Bathrooms are immaculate as is the rest of the property. More used as an Air B&B with livingroom kitchen facilities. Hosts are very friendly & provide a Very nice
Welcome pack consisting of Bacon,eggs,bread. Milk, wine & other tasty nibbled.

Very nice rooms and the best deal in town for sure. (Breakfast included). Still if you are staying for longer you have to aware that the showers are used by everyone and that there is only one. So you may have to wait and time it!

it is such a lovely house and a great atmosphere, it made me think of childhood; the breakfast has good options (eggs, bacon, porridge, cereals, fresh juice, etc.); the host is really nice

Great b&b last minute decision. Bedroom gd, and bed really comfy. Couple that ran it were lovely. Lovely full English breakfast.

Booked on a whim. Friendly welcoming staff. Nice clean room. Perfect pre booked breakfast. Defo would come again.

Well worth the price, just outside the central part of the city but close enough to walk, located on the bus route and it is very well kept and clean. Would definitely recommend especially for the price.
