Just had a bra fitting with Nora in the ladies wear section, excellent service. She fitted me in last minute, put me right at ease and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Thankyou so much!

Marks & Spencer’s cafe is a nice pleasant cafe to dine at. Offering a hearty breakfast or an energising lunch, or just a simple coffee. I visited their Inverness branch which was nice, albeit perhaps a little chilly today. I would certainly recommend, and I will be back for another visit.

I'm afraid the last couple of visits has been click and collect, as easier when shop is really busy.

Staying in Drumnadrochit for the week and popped into m&S in Inverness for a bit of retail therapy, my husband found 2 jumpers and 2 packs of socks he liked, we headed for the checkout and a lovely lady asked us if we had the app, being nearly 60 and not very technical we didn't, she said how easy it was and showed us how to do it and told us all about the offers and discounts, so we went outside and got the app, we looked at the offers and we added 10% discount offer, so we went back in and I then decided to buy myself a few jumpers from their new range and we went back to the same check out to pay, the lady and her colleagues were just so helpful, we got £11 off our shopping and have more offers waiting to be used. So we are feeling extremely happy with the care and excellent level of customer service we received by the staff. Nothing to much trouble and went out of there way to help.

A beautiful Marks and Spencer with the quality you'd expect

A very good M & S store with easy access to and from the Eastgate Shopping Centre. Has a wide range of stock for all ages. Cafe and food sections excellent. Very helpful staff.

As tourists without luggage for days….Nikki provided excellent customer service. She helped us navigate the size disparity (UK to US) and was extremely helpful and patient as it was closing time! You have a great employee in Nikki!

Love fresh food and great quality

I didn't visit the shop but I am incredibly grateful for Ross who helped me find my hand bag (with passport in) when I left it at the bus stop outside. I was very stressed when I called him to ask for help, he jumped into action running down the stairs towards the bus stop when the phone got cut off. He then met me as I arrived and showed me to the shop where it has been handed in. Thank you.

Visited your store today and was served by Clara Yates in the clothing department. Clara was so polite, friendly and helpful. I'm the lady who got the Percy Pig slipper socks 😊

Very happy with the range and quality of menswear products available in-store. Was well stocked and plenty of items available in all sizes including those I was looking for. Q'ing time was short and the checkout assistant was very pleasant and helpful processing and bagging my purchases.

Always a good shopping experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food section clean and well stocked with a great variety. Clothing is of excellent quality, could benefit from more styles rather than multi colours of fewer designs.

I was returning items from an online order, however went to the wrong till. A woman with blonde hair called Sandra was incredibly helpful and returned my items at that till, her customer service was superb - even when I had gone to the wrong place. 10/10! ✨

Lovely shop and staff always helpful amazing variety of good quality clothes,shoes, underwear, I was in for perfume big choice at amazing prices definitely a winner. You can also have food in the cafe or do a food shop in the food hall lovely produce and alcohol with plenty of options, good value ,vegan and vegetarian options too give it a try😁

Clothes shopping and the staff couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. Nothing was too much trouble and no pressure to buy. Left with new trousers, jacket and tie. 1st rate customer focused service.

Not the biggest M&S I have ever been to but their clothing range had sufficient stock to give a slim male like me a good choice. Food hall is excellent.

Excellent. Beautiful store. Ate lunch in the cafe and Megan was lovely. Despite a delay on food she was very polite & even replaced our drinks. Megan is a credit to your store.
