Loved the staff and the drinks. Store a little “cold” but that’s partly due to the lack of tables at the front due to Covid. Love the early opening and later close, great USP!

Great vegan coffees and lovely staff! A staff member did accidentally put milk in my soy coffee once BUT even when I explained it wasn't an allergy they were so apologetic that they'd given me cow milk and insisted on remaking it. ❤ It was nice to be taken seriously, even though mistakes happen so I wasn't too bothered. Made me feel welcome. Thank you! (One suggestion: I hope you'll bring back the couscous as it was really tasty.)

Really nice cafe. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Had a cake and coffee and sat and read my book for a while. Atmosphere is very cosy. Even though the cafe is right on the High Street, it felt separate and quieter. Had a Caramel Slice, which was lovely. Mocha was also very good. Definitely go if you are in the area.

In Caffe Nero, I was happy to see it was dog friendly. Myself and my Westie were welcomed by a nice guy, who gave me a bowl of water for my dog, so we both enjoyed our visit. Service was good, food the same and coffee. One thing that I was disappointed with, was the disabled loo, it wasn't clean.

Friendly and comfortable in a great spot but a bit pricey

Up here in Inverness for the first time, and this was the perfect place to sit and have a coffee and a blether, whilst watching the world go by, people watching.

Friendly, helpful staff, and a good array of snacks, coffee and tea.

Dog friendly, and obviously a meeting place for many.

Well done to the staff for their courteous and friendly approach.

Visited with my Italian friends. Our dog was allowed in to sit beside us. We drank the best espresso coffee in Inverness and the cakes were also great. Highly recommended if you like good coffee.

Stopped in for a coffee in between shopping sprees. Excellent coffee that is not found anywhere else in Inverness.

Love Caffè Nero. This time I dropped my tray just as I sat down spilling hot drinks all over myself and the table. Amy and Nuala, the servers, showed great concern and were so helpful. Thankfully no blisters due to their prompt attention with a cold cloth and fresh drinks provided. Thank you! 😊

Always a good coffee, and ideal location and spacious for customers with mobility needs as easy to manoeuvre. Some new staff not so speedy, so sometimes the queuing is a bit longer, but no doubt that will settle!
