I came into store today for my caramel Frappuccino and was served by Nicholas. He was very friendly and positively engaging with customers and staff. Daisy gave me my drink and smiled it really made my day and cheered me up. The store was nice and clean and waiting time was around 2 minutes.

One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to! The staff especially were amazing, super sweet, helpful and service minded and they made a perfect drink too! Definitely worth a visit to wake you up or brighten your day! 💚

Popped in for a quick treat with my youngest child - she's 5. She had a hot chocolate and a delicious looking muffin, I broke from my usual traditions and had a chai latte. My daughter ate and drank everything, I really enjoyed my drink. There was a nice ambience, the staff were friendly and served us quickly, just an overall great experience.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Starbucks coffee and I must say that the service I received was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere.

Not only was she knowledgeable about the extensive menu offerings, but she also took the time to patiently guide me through the options, helping me make a choice that suited my preferences perfectly. Her recommendations were spot-on, and it was evident that she genuinely cared about my satisfaction.

Moreover, the speed and efficiency with which she prepared my order were remarkable. Despite the busy nature of the store, she managed to handle the rush flawlessly, ensuring that every customer received their beverages promptly. Her multitasking abilities were truly impressive, and she maintained a calm and collected demeanor throughout.

Excellent customer service. Always happy staff. Young girl called Emma offered to take my coffee over to my table as I am elderly and use a walking stick. She went above and beyond her duties to ensure I enjoyed my visit. Thank you Emma, keep up the good work.

Lovely experience in this Starbucks, great customer service from a young girl called Eilidh. I was unsure with what drink to chose, she helped me decide what type of drink to choose and was very patient with me. Also giving me other options of some of her favourites which was a huge help. All over a great experience from the staff.

Went into this Starbucks a few days ago and oh my the gorgeous aromas that hit you are incredible! The cakes were all displayed perfectly and the lady behind the counter kindly explained to me what was in my order, as I had not placed this before. The atmosphere was cosy and I would spend all day in here if I could! 5 stars all the way!

This is one of the more relaxed Starbucks coffee shops, the staff are always so welcoming and the drinks are always made to perfection. Fab location!

Popped in on Thursday for a take away coffee, I was greeted by a lovely girl called Angela . She was very friendly and helpful with my selection of drink .I’ve been to other Starbucks in Inverness and would say this one is the best by far Angela certainly made my experience worth sharing my thoughts . Well done you are a credit to Starbucks il be back ..

Was in inverness for the week and came in a couple times. The store was kept very clean and Rebecca (one of the members of staff) was super helpful and gave me great service. Coming from someone with a couple pesky allergies Rebecca was very informative on helping me choose the right drink! Will definitely be back

A pleasant experience at Starbucks rose street as always . The lovely young girl taking my order Emma was very patient as I was deciding what to order , she made sure I wasn’t rushed into ordering . I was then handed my drink by another lovely barista named Eilidh who went out of her way to make sure my iced white mocha was made just the way I like it. All Staff work really hard but a massive thank you to the 2 girls who ensured my visit was as smooth and comfortable as possible. Thank you Emma and Eilidh :)

I was cycling through Inverness so decided to stop for a quick coffee. Daisy served me and asked me all about my cycle. I will definetly be returning when I'm in the area, the customer service was great! 🚴

Rose ST always do their utmost to make me great coffee. Always going the extra mile to deliver the most essential coffee of my day before long days at work. Great staff, great store always 10/10.
