Fabulous staff in this store! Lovely younger girl whose advice introduced me to a fabulous new gin! She is a total asset to this store and I only really come to this store because of her, no idea of her name but she is young with dark hair, glasses? and a huge smile. Every time I go in the store I come out with a smile in my face due to her outgoing friendly manner; just super!

Exactly what this American tourist needed on a Monday late evening. When I arrived into town, I had eaten pretty recently and decided to forego actual dinner. Bad idea after enjoying a pint and the tiredness sinking in. Luckily, this store was a short walk from my flat. My husband and I both were able to find what we craved (snacks, beer, milk and haggis for breakfast.) Great selection in a small location. Staff was friendly also.

Excellent service from the staff. The two ladies that helped me out with the Council Tax were Emma and Natalia. The shop is well stocked bright and clean. Ten out of ten.

Hi i visited the spar shop on Thursday night i had a voucher to collect on my phone a very friendly lady helped me with this and was very pleasant it's a joy to be treated in such a way

Very friendly staff, everything is well stocked and displayed well. Great for bargains and are always at the front at the till, clever as I always end up buying while waiting to be served, good selection of Harry Gows cakes, pies.

This store closes for approximately 2 hrs per day, unknown when in the day but its to take delivery of stores!!!
If standing outside you have no idea when it is to reopen!!!
It is due to lack of staff and lack of space to store goods to unpack later in the day.
Surely there is another way to run this shop when getting a delivery.
This is absolutely crazy, with no business thought at all for customers especially the elderly and disabled.
No wonder customers are now chosing to do their shop elsewhere.
