Needed a sheet of plywood for a project, with measurements in hand I got a fantastic chap called Tom who cut it instore.
Tom was cheerful, happy and had some great advice to offer.
New self serve checkouts helped keep the queues down on a busy bank holiday weekend.

Great customer service from Leon who worked with us on a bathroom quote even though we didn’t have much time, we’ll be back because of him!

Once again the large store had the items that I needed, though it looked like the previous area they been in had been rearranged, but it only took a minute or so to relocate where they were.
The Checkout desk was busy, and being of a certain older generation one of the staff showed me how to conduct the sale myself, so old dogs can be taught new tricks, or in my case a rather old man was able to integrate modern technology into his old brain.

Used click and collect service. I made a mistake and mis ordered but the staff were brilliant, refunded me on the spot. Helped me load my 18 packs of flooring in to the van which was unexpected but appreciated. Had to telephone the store later to sort out an issue I was having with ordering paint online, again, brilliant staff member (James) called me back within 10 minutes with an answer to my awkward question. Top marks B&Q

Ordered a bulk delivery and got the dates wrong, called and spoke to Anna and Rosie who were fantastic and sorted it out for me. Really nice to speak to someone local who is happy to help. Thank You

B & Q. Lost our mate inside and they’d placed an announcement over the PA (even though our mate is well over 20). Turns out he was outside but hey still appreciate the efforts legends.

Bought the last available Stainless Steel sink that we wanted. Unfortunately it was missing the clips and blanking plug. Very helpful staff promised to phone us for our address and order the parts. YES they did what they promised and the parts arrived a few days later. Would have been difficult for us to return as we live 120 miles away up in Sutherland. Five star service from 5 star staff.

We went in today to buy flooring and the help we were given was amazing. The gentleman who assisted us, Alan, explained exactly what we would need as well as giving us different options. He did not hurry us and made us feel valued as customers. If you need wooden flooring this is the place to come, good value and excellent customer service.

Usually find what I go in for, went in for bedside lamps, unfortunately they only had one on the shelf. Really helpful lady in customer services ordered one which was delivered to my door in days, really impressed. Perfect

Brilliant. We came in with the idea of getting a new kitchen. It was so straightforward as we sat down to put it together. Very impressed with the customer service, the planning and execution of our kitchen and being able to see what a mock-up would look like. Now, thanks to the good advice we received, and my husband's hard work in fitting the kitchen, we have a fabulous new space. The quality of the materials is fantastic - it is a Cooke and Lewis style with stunning gloss doors. We could not be more delighted. If you ever need any help, staff are always to hand and willing to help. 100% satisfied. Thank you.

Had nothing but great experiences in this shop, no matter which department I am buying from. Staff are always around to help, granted sometimes you will need to go find them, but when you do, if it's not their department, they will find a member of staff who is knowledgeable in said department. Give the staff a break... Customers can be hardwork and we are all guilty of having a bad day from time to time. Over all..... Great job B and Q.

I was looking for laminate flooring and a few other bits for my house renovations i still work in ft & in, Alan kindly worked everything out for me and the next day when i went with my daughter to buy another young assistant (Jamie?) Re calculated for me to double check amount needed and helped me find various other items and sorted out for delivery. Thank you both for your knowledge and expertise they are a credit to the store 😀
