I would not even give 1 star. Having booked The Square we have been told we have to collect the by 6pm on the night of our arrival. Explaining we can not get there until 8pm, I teach in a primary school and can not leave early, they absolutely refuse to make any arrangement to enable us to collect the keys at this time. Completely refuse. So as we were not told this at time of booking we have had to cancel the whole booking and await our full refund.
