Best Western Plus Addis Ababa

We stayed at Best Western for almost a week during a recent trip and had a great stay at Best Western— not your typical North American Best Western experience. The hotel is great and well located. Excellent breakfast, restaurant downstairs with live music on the weekend, SPA, gym. The best part though is the staff. Every single interaction we had with folks working there was wonderful. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and just nice people to be around. Special thanks to Andinet and Daniel!

Really amazing place. In fact when we got there they upgraded our room from standard to king sized - for free. The room service is too notch. There's this one lady named Kidist who would consistently check up to see how we're doing and what we needed which made our stay all the better

I had a Valentine’s Day dinner with my wife in 2024 at Best Western Plus Addis Ababa. The service was amazing! They made everything lovely, they even remembered our names from the start to end, which is not usual here in Addis. The servers are really there to serve specially a guy who named Yeabsira was amazing! I would recommend this hotel for any couples who desire to spend a good time with their loved ones.

My stay at Best Western Plus Addis was phenomenal. It has a great location, and is full of amenities such as gym, sauna, and a great terrace to catch up on work. Their staff are professional and attentive, especially Ms. Bezawite from the front desk, who helped me with check-in and was especially nice when answering all of my questions. It's definitely my go to hotel when in Addis.

Great hotel in Bole area. Good rooms. Asolid breakfast spread that is recommended given the apparent lack of breakfast restaurants nearby.

If in Addis Ababa again, I would stay here.

I love this hotel, this is my second time at this hotel and I am very impressed! Everyone from the concierge, the bellhops, the chefs, the waiters, the receptionist, the cleaing staff, and all the staff, managers, and supervisors were exceptional. The entire team at Best Western is high class and best of the best. I felt like home at the hotel. I tell all my friends and family from America about this hotel, I highly recommend and I can't wait to come back!

We had wonderful time on 02nd March at your beautiful bar Ferensay Legasion with your talented and professional bartenders Mekdes, Dawit and Mebratu .
We indeed like the service and hospitality.

I like this place because it is just in front of my office and my restaurant; NEED Foods. I walk here across the street when I want to change atmosphere. I like the service and the ever changing mood of the place to suit trendy things. Ephrem usually serves me at my favorite spot and he is the best. I also like this place because most of the foreignes staying at this hotel check out my restaurant,NEED Foods, when they look for a healthy and safe food

I have a lot of experience here in your hotel. I had a great time during breakfast time, lunch time and snack time. Even, I experianced special program like children's Christmas baking gingger cake time. I really fell like a family of the hotel. I'm really impressed on the service specially, I like Asme... He makes us to feel the hotel like home. I preferred the place when I met people to discuss or meeting. I love all the food, beverage and the service all the time......

This is my fourth stay in this wonderful modern hotel! The staff at reception immediately recognized me were extremely happy to see me again which is always a very touching and moving feeling. All of the staff take extra special care of me! And I am certainly no VIP or celebrity! Special shout out to Mr Masresha. On my every visit, he would always be on the alert for me when I walk around the hotel’s environs. He really looks out for me like a father figure! We embraced so tight today because we genuinely feel like family. Friendly staff , great service and nice location! Amesaginalo to everyone here! I would like to comment for my massage at Best Western Hotel. It was so fantastic and wonderful. I love it. My big thanks to Best Western hotel Spa staff.

We enjoyed our ten nights here - we are sad to leave! The location of the hotel is very central and the room was very comfortable. The staff looked after us so well - they are polite and generous. We enjoyed our dinner service with Dagimawi and the breakfast staff were also excellent (Meron Tizazu, Tsedi, Embet, Alem, Andwalm, Aane, Mehrut and Kemniu). They even made us a cake on our last day, thank you so much to the team at Best Western! We will stay here again when we return to Addis.

Also the live music nights were a bonus!!

Warm and welcoming staff, excellent food, comfortable beds and great location! I had a great stay for a week while travelling on business. The staff were the real highlight of this hotel - so happy and helpful and kind. Special mention to Tsedinza, Kenona, Alena, Mitku and Birtukan for their hospitality.

I had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant during a busy time, specifically on Valentine's Day, and I cannot praise the executive chef KidestTedla .enough for delivering an exceptional dining experience. Despite the high demand and busy atmosphere, the executive chef managed to create delicious and beautifully presented dishes that surpassed all expectations.

The attention to detail and the culinary expertise displayed by the executive chef truly shone through in every dish. From the appetizers to the main course, each bite was a symphony of flavors that delighted the palate. The chef's ability to balance flavors and textures was truly remarkable.

Not only was the food top-notch, but the service provided by the executive chef kidste Tedla was also exceptional. Despite being busy, the chef took the time to personally ensure that each dish was cooked to perfection and met the expectations of every diner. This level of dedication and personalized service is rare to find, and it made the dining experience truly memorable.

Furthermore, the executive chef's creativity and ability to adapt to the demands of a busy day like Valentine's Day were impressive. I enjoyed a very tasty and sumptuous dinner comprising BBQ chicken pizza with virgin mojito. At first, I had no idea of what to eat before Eibethel- my waiter for the night backed up by Ephrem and Andinet came in handy and assisted me to make this great choice. At Best Western Plus Addis, I have experienced outstanding service. The constant availability of the host, waitress, bartender, and managers, along with the courteous staff, has compelled me to visit the hotel every day. I would like to express my gratitude for their exceptional hospitality, especially to Rebecca, Mekedis, Seble, Ephreim, Habtamu, and Asmareiw, Mebrahatu.

The staff are really good. I was served by Andinet T. And he is very good.
The only improvement I would suggest is on the breakfast menu which is too Ethiopian and not enough international flavor and most of your guests are international.

I like the hospitality & service provided by our lovely Haset & Betty at the spa & the steam & sauna is well maintained & has an exquisite essence everyday.
