Every staff was very friendly and accommodating to our every needs from early morning to late at night. They had amazing Breakfast every morning and the service there was truly exceptional. Amazing and luxurious hotel. The best in Addis Ababa. Great facilties, and variety of bars and restaurants. Additionally the customer service is the best to be found. Staff are so helpful and welcoming. The gym is also good but could do with some more equipment. But the hotel and the grounds and the location next to Friendship park provides a location with lots of space and greenery in the centre of Addis Ababa

Everything was of top standard, we spent two nights here on business and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quiet close to my destination as well as some other business centers in the city.

Fabulous brunch with unlimited champagne and/or memosa. Unlimited tasty sushi with tuna, salmon, and shirmp. Great atmosphere and service. All you can eat until 3 pm. ☺☺
