Hotel Beatriz Playa & SPA

After day 1 here, it is a good hotel. I have a Seaview room, and the room is huge and clean with all amenities. The lunch dinner and breakfast is really nice. All inclusive is the better option. It's a huge hotel! The staff are friendly and helpful. Today it is very busy. The price is fair. I am happy 😊. We also love planes so it's really cool. The planes stop flying about 9pm and start around 7am so no issues there. It is child friendly as well. Loads of entertainment. Spa is an add on.

Service was great. I ended up at the hospital, and they took care of my wife. Reception helped with everything, special thanks Carmen, Elena, Daniel, Maria (PR). When i came it was like coming back home because of the greetings. We will come back definitely!

10 days holiday was just what I needed. - the hotel is a stones throw from the airport so! If you don’t what the noise (but you soon forget about it) then don’t pick this hotel.
But it’s right on the beach, 2 brilliant pools (need a tiny bit of maintenance, but that’s wear and tear on the season for all pools)
The food is basic to your needs / requirement's. - but could be a bit more exciting -
Themed restaurants (Asian) was really nice!
The tidiness of the place was fantastic, the staff were helpful, welcoming and willing to help. Special thanks to the interns Evie, Mik and Carina!

The hotel is conveniently located next to the beach promenade of Puerto del Carmen, a short 12,50 euro taxi ride from the airport. You can hear the airplanes during the day (they don't fly at night), but it didn't bother us at all, to the contrary, we loved to see the airplanes on approach from the sunbed at the pool. We visited in February, and the largest pool (and the small kiddie pool) was heated, allowing for long water play. Good value for money, especially the all-inclusive package we had. What made our stay really memorable was the hospitability of the staff, especially Jady and the other Dutch hostesses. Our kid loved the Miniclub activities run by Paula, Mel and Saioa.

Very nice hotel in a great location despite being close to the airport very interesting design. the piano bar was particularly nice. Entertainment in general was very good. Dined most evenings on the restaurant outdoor terrace, food and drink very good swimming pool was clean. I would love to return.

Had a lovely full body massage with Sanne in Beatriz Playa Spa lovely and relaxing and great value for money. Good and Room

We had a lovely 1 week here in Hotel Beatriz. The atmoshpere and the location is great, the food is amazing, especially in the pool restaurant. They have a huge varitey of choices, great for every taste. Spa is really calm and relaxing, the pool is huge and I really liked the view and the easy accessibility to the sea. What I liked the most is the kindness and help from the staff, Maria and Anastasia from guest relations help us a lot, I really appreciate their professionalism and the way they care their guests.
Beside the hotel, the island is beautiful, there are fantastic sights what worth to visit. If you need any advice just ask the staff :)
I can only recommend for everybody from families to solo travellers.

Many people would see this hotel beside the airport and expect it to be noisy. To be fair yes you can here them but just as they usually land at this end. Silently gliding down. Plain spotting is excellent. Food is good with a broad selection. It is self service and you should arrive early
No they don't run out but the Q gets longer.
Coffee is most popular. Entertainment day by the pool is optional and not blasting music all the time. At night the shows are varied and very good. You are by the sea but sheltered by the pool.

Mini disco was brilliant for the children and great entertainment on every evening afterwards. We went most nights.
The kids swimming pool was lovely and warm and the bigger pool was a good temperature too.
Great location for beach and bars/restaurants. Matagorda was a very child friendly area. We didn’t need to go to PDC as there was so much on offer here!

I was spending christmas holiday here with my family and we had a delightful stay! The hotel was beautiful and staff were very professional and kind. Especially Iris, Carina, Mik and Evie impressed us and made us feel like we’re taken a really good care of. The only thing that bothered us a little was the food and lack of variety. But apart from that, we had a lovely trip, thank you!

Please take no notice of negative reviews(these people don’t know what their talking about) me and my husband are here as we speak and are already looking to book for june(we never go same place twice) it’s so clean, food is fab a choice for everyone ( you can even eat at the Chinese or Italian on the all inclusive( on certain days) the animation team work hard and are fab! And iris the young girl customer service it a wow factor but then I’ve not had no bad service here! All I can see I will be back very soon! Definitely a 4star for me

We were a little nervous after reading some less than stellar reviews before we came but for what we paid for the hotel, the rooms and food are really good, the ladies working on customer relations, Jady, Merel and Floortje were very friendly and professional too. Many thanks.

The hotel is very clean didnt really like the food but i am very fussy my son liked it the room was big nice big balcony right by the pool the entertainment was good had half hour of kids disco 1 to hour and a half of entertainment so good time for kids i went up to my room after entertainment about 9.30 to 10 but there is stuff after main entertainment bingo etc pool was nice and entertainment round the pool was good

Really enjoyed this hotel. Especially the massage at the spa I enjoyed. Helped by a very friendly and skilled Bente ! I can recommend the Spa experience!

Fantastic hotel we had the best time over Christmas 🎄 All inclusive yeah food was a bit repetitive but there was always something for us either meat or salads great bar staff even the entertainment team tried their best looked like the kids had a great time 😁 we are definitely Going again this Xmas but for 2weeks this time

Absolutely cannot fault this place. We booked for our honeymoon and it has been perfect.
As a Celiac I was skeptical about being able to eat anything or find gluten free food with such ease in a foreign country. However Chef, Javier Gaecia Jacinto made the whole experience so easy for us, not only ensuring I felt confident in everything displayed in the Buffets but even going above and beyond to cook separate dishes for me to eat safely. And his carbonara, wow - so good, I had to have it twice. He would even come to our table to check if there was anything else I would like or he could help with and offer ideas and options for the next day. Giving a smile and wave when he saw us.
I also need to shout out Carina whose friendly face put me instantly at ease when having to ask about dietary requirements. Further more she remembered us after the first night and checked we were looked after and I was able to eat safely and confidently too. The service from both of these employees has been outstanding.
Further more, some unsung heroes - the cleaning team and gardening team who work to keep the hotel so clean and well presented.
We've already discussed coming back again!

Great hotel, food is good, beer isn’t watered down food is good. Definitely worth the all inclusive

We stayed at this hotel in a junior suite. This was a large room where everything including an excellent shower. We had an amazing sea view and a good-sized balcony to relax. The half board arrangement we had was most satisfactory, the breakfast and dinner were first class with a wide variety of hot and cold meats and fish prepared and cooked to a very high standard. The Beatriz Hotel staff were friendly, helpful, well informed and competent particularly in reception and the restaurant and the ladies of the Guest relations are amazing! We were more impressed with Eloisa of the restaurant buffet, Carina, Maria and Sveta at the doors of the restaurants and Yannic and Maria of the reception. They showed a high level of flair and competence in the customer service and hotel industry. The standard of hygiene and cleanliness was also very high. But the most important part was the staff! We will come back!
