Really good staff, and the food was delicious

This has been a great place to have an English discussion group. The wait staff are very friendly and helpful. They are also very speedy (mostly). The atmosphere is usually pretty casual. It's very nice when is warm enough to sit outside, as well. The food seems just your average German pub food.

Nice setting, great atmosphere. The wait staff are very friendly and rather attractive and their English is exceptionally good. Beers are about 4,50€ for a 0,5l so average price for the area. The menu seemed good although we didn't eat.

Salads, snacks, juices and coffee all served by friendly staff. Nice spot to relax for a moment and watch the people walk past. I do like the vegetarian options avaible here! The waiters do also give helpful advice if you are looking for a certain building or shop in this buzzing city.

Great chill bar with a friendly staff and good drink selection. It’s a good place to go for larger groups, since the interior is quite spacious and has a good amount of seating available.

This isn't a laundry. After searching using google maps for a laundromat in cologne, this came up. IT'S A LAUNDROMAT-THEMED CAFE. We walked for 40 minutes, bag of laundry in hand. We argued, we fought, we are cold, but we finally saw the sign on the storefront - 'Cafe Waschsalon'. We were there. Except we weren't. Dismembered washing machines and dryers used as lighting props and the only place to do laundry was the bathroom hand basin. We considered the whole affair a cruel joke. Probably a good cafe but an absolutely terrible laundry.
