I bought a perfect pair of Salomon trainers for my flat feet with help from the second-floor sales assistant gentleman. He was very attentive, friendly and professional, got an even further 10% discount at the counter for joining the membership.

This is one of the best purchases by far this year. Walking around for long hours at work had never been so easy.

I needed a set of arm warmers to wear during an ironman event as had forgotten mine when travelling from the uk. The staff spoke excellent English ( as do most germans) and were able to assist in finding me a pair. Very helpful and a great selection of clothing and equipment for a broad range of sports.

today I took my son and were served by a nice Mitarbeiter Henry Leonard. He was very helpful and helped me with ordering the Trikot and also helped me setting up my sportcheck Kundenkarte. My son and I were really amazed by the customer service. It's a big shop and it's not easy to find someone I have to say, but Henry, keep up the good work!!

Selection is not especially large, but comprehensive. Prices are decent and budget options seem to be available in most categories. I got an 8-descender and a carabiner really quick so I could go climbing with a friend.
