Probably the most popular meeting point in Hamburg if people want to meet in downtown. Besides the location of Apple Jungfernstieg, both the sales assistants and staff in Genius Bar there are very friendly, helpful and authentic.
Apple is still alluring after such a long time :)

Great place. Very friendly staff! Make an appointment! Otherwise it is often crowded. All apple products can be easily tested. And the genius is Bar knows there stuff!

Usually I don’t write reviews, but this time I decided to describe my experience with this store.
I have bought headphones on official website, unfortunately the sound was horrible, worse than in my previous AirPods 2019.. I wanted to return the item, but one of consultants told me it’s impossible because of engraving. I was extremely upset, because Apple Store App provides opposite information (2 choices: returning in local store or with courier).
A bit later, I met Manager Phillip and he solved all my problems. Real manager!
I returned my headphones, I tried AirPods 3 Generation, Pro and Beats and in the end I have just bought a new headphones. And all of that took approximately 30 minutes!

Went there to repair my MacBook Pro, and the attention was good. The person who helped me in the store was really nice the whole time. And for what I saw, most of the people there also speak English.

Overwhelming and fast service! They repaired my broken MacBookPro with a new mainframe and drive within some days. Brought on Monday afternoon and received it from Czechia with DHL on Friday morning! AMAZING

If you need any apple device or an accessory for it this is the place for you. Two floors where you can test the devices supported by nerdy support, touch and breath the apple experience. I was looking for an iPhone XR cover and this is the selection I got in front of me. I also found d an iPad cover and if I didn't escape I was almost buying also a new iMac 😁

I was completely satisfied with the service. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I needed to replace my broken screen, which normally takes some days. But when I explained my urgent situation to them, they finished the repare on the same day. Everybody also speaks English and you have no problem with the language. I would highly recommend there.

I had an appointment at the Genius Bar, so this concerns the service from them which was fantastic!
My AppleCare claim was taken up quickly and the handling/planning of the repair was very cooperative and flexible.
There’s not much more I could’ve hoped for!

Friendly staff and great service it was well organized with very polite helpful staff. The hygiene measures are awesome with safety space between customers. You can get an appointment easily and you can discuss the matter in details in addition to technical support through running the diagnostic via their devices. I recommend visiting this place

This was the first time in 12 years that I had to use their services due to a faulty touch screen (IphoneX). I went in at 2.30, was welcomed friendly and professionally, saw a tech agent within 20 minutes. My display was exchanged at no cost and ready for pick up at the genius bar at 4.15. Amazing customer service, confirmed my loyalty to the brand. Thank you, team Hamburg.

Well I did not know that I needed an appointment to go buy a laptop and a new iPhone so I had to wait in the line outside for about 25 minutes the staff were very nice specially the ones on the door they were absolutely helpful and absolutely kind they made it clear how much time I have to wait and after I said I would go inside they made sure her to keep me updated on how much time that would take and assist me further the moment I get inside I was Escorted by some of the workers there to get my information then I was asked to wait and they said I would get further information afterwards so I waited for 10 minutes and then a great employee of the Kentmere and he was happy to answer all of the questions that I had and give me one of the best possible services that I had in an Apple Store.
