Beautiful park with lots of activities to do! I got to play on the swings. Fall colors are brilliant here. Many people playing soccer. There’s a planetarium in the middle of the park.

Amazing experience. It is very quiet, very relaxing. Great views and places with possibility of doing BBQ, pets places, yoga, concerts, boat trip, beach, observing huge Aircrafts landing and many other things. Definitely it deserves to spend and afternoon out in this park.

It's a shame we found this place too late in the day. Lovely park with swimming, paddleboarding, canoes & paddleboats.
Nice walks & large bar/cafe with lots of outdoor seating.

A neighbourhood park that offers everyone to enjoy nature.

It's a vast park with a few water bodies.
Many varieties of birds are seen here all through the day.

It has playgrounds for kids, Hamburg Planetarium is also located inside the park. At the planetarium one may get to view the latest telescopic images on display.

Walking, running and cycling trails need special mention.

Very cool and beautiful garden and space for families! Especially in the summer months in Hamburg it is really cool to play in the water ground and let the kids enjoy the fresh air! Definitely a recommendation and a must go !

Great place for sports, make sure you have something like frisbee to play with your friends. Lots of open space.

For winters, during snow it can get slippery. Wear proper boots.

Incredibly beautiful and scenic Park with many trails in amongst the trees.
Also a phenomenal dam and swim area.

Wish I could visit during Summer.

Beautiful and peaceful place

Love this place!! So beautiful and great to spend time with your family, friends, or even just yourself.. it gives you a piece of mind and closure with all its great qualities and activities. Walking or cycling in the park, you see a small pool there a larger one over here, a restaurant or kiosk here and there, and most of all you see the nature and scenery at it's finest with the birds and dogs roaming around this fantastic ground.

Yes, the large gras areas are nice. Especially when you are with a large group but also enjoy the side paths through the woods, the planetarium or go for a good run in the morning. It can also get crowded, very crowded, on weekends, but it‘s always quite clean

Very big and beautiful park with play ground for kids, the Planetarium also located there. It has walking, running and cycling trails one can enjoy.

The best park I have ever seen. There is more than enough space for everyone to have a picnic and not worry about bother the other groups of people. In the summer this is a PERFECT place for a grill party, picnic, sun bathing, soccer, Frisbee, everything! There is a little lake as well if you want to relax by the water also. There are plenty of trash cans as well and bathrooms.
