I have had the pleasure of communicating with Daniela Dunkel for quite some time now and she has always delivered excellent customer service. She is highly professional, efficient, responds quickly and gets the job done. Whatever the issue is, she resolves it. In addition, she is always positive and in a good mood! I have only heard good things about Daniela from both my doctor and many of his patients who Daniela have helped along the way. Wir sind wegen Hilfe zu einem Zeckenbiss in die Apotheke.

Wir wurden gut aus unserer Sicht sehr gut beraten, es wurde uns nichts unnötiges an Salben etc. verkauft.

Der Apotheker empfahl uns den verbliebenen Zeckenrest zu entfernen und bot kostenfrei eine Nadel, Desinfektionsmittel und Pflaster an.
Vor Ort konnten wir uns hinsetzen und den Rest entfernen.

Sehe hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Ich bestelle hier seit ca. 3 Jahren meine Schilddrüsen Medikamente, welche aus den USA kommen.

So einen 💛 Service wie von Frau S. in diesen 3 Jahren habe ich noch nirgends erlebt. Sehr zuverlässig, sehr zuvorkommend und mitdenkend. Vielen lieben Dank dafür.

Von mir ganz klar eine Weiterempfehlung.
