Delicious food, I had the Kalbschnitzel,good portion. Our waiter was very nice,looked after us very well. We had a good time. The music got a bit too loud around like 9 o'clock, but other than that we enjoyed the place.

Simply sublime, service was great. The food very tasty, good portions and didn't wait long for the food. Loved the music which added to the ambience. Definitely recommend!

I’ve had lunch at Balthasar. The whiskey sour was well mixed and the stuffed chicken with mashed peas and young broccoli was fingerlicking good. I do definitely recommend this restaurant. It’s on the pricier side but worth every penny.

I was impressed with the menu. Very special one, extraordinary. The dish is simply amazing, especially the green purée. The waiters are friendly, the atmosphere is pleasant. I will certainly visit this place again. Thank you, guys. You're doing very well;)

Wonderful place. The sevice was excellent (compliments to our waitress Malin), the place is stylish and the dishes are very tasty. Difficult to choose. Fully recommend (better to reserve).

Best Brunch in Köln! Quality and service are super, prices completely reasonable. Always fast and professional. Very well organized, well styled interior and outdoor seating. The eggs Benedict are consistently well executed. Reservations great for larger groups, but my husband and I have never had a problem getting a table when we are randomly in the area.

Balthasar is an extraordinary dining experience and I cannot recommend this spot enough!! My partner & I stumbled across this restaurant while exploring Köln and I am so glad that we did. We ended up sharing a bottle of Pinot Blanc (from Germany), which was recommended by our waitress, and a couple of shared plates. Everything was so delicious, especially the Goat Cheese Salad + the tofu appetizer. Our waitress was so lovely - she gave us great recommendations (as mentioned), let us take our time during our visit, and just generally took excellent care of us. The atmosphere was so lovely, too! Thank you, Balthasar - we will be back!!

The place is really cosy. Sunday morning is busy, but still managed to get a seat within 10mins. The salmon is surprisely tasty. Portion is quite large for one person.

Ask for Leon once you get here, perfect service, amazing food, can’t wait to come back again.
