All places would benefit from having just 2 beers and great digestives and bringing them to the table without the rigmarole of ordering and waiting. Finish a beer, beer turns up!

First time in Prague and I’m in love already.
The food is amazing, there’s live music and then you find yourself sitting at these long tables where you can have a chat with the people next to you. So highly recommended if you want to eat well for a contained price and have a good time.

Located in the heart of the old town, this traditional café offers reasonably good vegetarian options. The service is fine, and the menu is priced averagely.

We visited for lunch and the ambience was fun. They play music and they have staff doing rounds serving shots and beer, something which is unique. The interiors reflect their legacy and I have heard that their home beer is lovely. But their local wine options were decent too.

Atmosphere is so cool, with live traditional music band walking around and big table in the middle, kinda like medieval style.

We loved it here. True Czech food in an authentic environment. The servers had it going on because it was crowded and we did not wait for anything. We shared a table with some other folks but that is all part of the experience. We loved it and the music as well!

We cannot recommend this place enough!! After an average meal elsewhere last night and being 'foodies' our experience here left us feeling like our trip had been fulfilled. We ordered quite a few things to try and we couldn't fault any of it. The service was just as impeccable as the food and the only thing this restaurant is missing is a michelin star. My boyfriends comment when we left was 'I'd happily pay the flight here again just to be able to try everything else I didn't get to' (coming from a chef himself!) Absolutely delightful. Well done to you all.

The atmosphere is really good, they have a lot of options on the menu started from beers to coffee, meat option but being a Indian vegetarian i order the vegetarian platter (i don't eat eggs). Overall a good place for dinner ☺

Great food, fantastic atmosphere. Live music made the lunch experience feel very authentic. The food was fantastic, and great beer on offer. There were 2 beers to choose from, light or dark, and both were very tasty. Such a great experience. Highly recommended.

Very cool Czech restaurant!
Went on a Thursday night a around 9pm without a reservation and only waited around 10-15min to be seated (although there were around 10 people in front of us when we arrived). The restaurant feels very authentic and warm. There is live music, animation and the servers are friendly. You will not regret trying it out.

Food on the picture are the pork schnitzel and the Fleck’s treat.

Everything about this place is great. It's right in the middle of the old town (you can walk in there pretty fast). The beers are tasty and refreshing (they have their local craft), the food portions are big enough and everything tastes amazing! I really like the old pub atmosphere. The logistics are also good: waiters are walking around with beer pints and will immediately bring you one when asked to. They also go around tables, so no need to worry. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a fun and authentic experience.

Drinks were readily served around the room. Food was very tasty. Good service. Good atmosphere. Price a bit higher than other places. However, a unique experience.

This is a must place to visit when in Prague! One of the oldest brewery in Prague! Food and drinks tastes amazing, atmosphere is also amazing! Lively music is a big plus! Highly recommend this place!

The place is old fashioned and unique. The food is excellent and the beer is even better. Service is fast and efficient. They are really friendly! We were really satisfied!

Absolutely will return when back in Prague!! The atmosphere was electric, the roaming live music was a lot of fun too. Food was top quality, I had the BEST pork spare ribs ever!! If you’re in Prague please do yourself a favour and take yourself there for a meal to enjoy the atmosphere, the food and the beer!!

Nice Czech food, and great beer. The beer garden looks really nice, shaded by the trees. There was live music playing during our visit too. The staff is very friendly when you get a chance to talk to them. You should definitely try their goulash dish with black beer.

U Flekû, a must during your visit at Prague. Feel the ambience, gastronomy and beer of this country. Regarding food try the goulash and any of the sausages, drink a dark beer or three, as we did. The service is fast but it is important to decide what to have quickly since the waiters are rushing. A solid 5/5.

Very exciting place!
Unbelievable and incredibly fast service. Very traditional and exciting atmosphere.
The waiters are constantly going round with pints of beer and shots of local drinks, you just have to pick one up when you're thirsty.
The drumsticks were sooo delicious, melted in your mouth.
It's not the cheapest place, but it's absolutely worth the price. If you're looking to be served and provided with enough food and drink, I'd dare recommend it. I think it is a MUST if youre in Prague!

Great fun. Beautiful traditional Czech dishes. Never ending trays of beer and shots being brought around. And two fellas playing traditional music. Friendly service and good prices. What more could you ask for!
