My hotel air conditioning was nonexistent and was in bad need of a fan. Datart was in walking distance and there was a display of fans awaiting me as soon as a walked in the store. The prices were more than reasonable and the staff was friendly. While I walked through the rest of the store I was asked if I needed additional assistance by a friendly employee which was appreciated. I would return again if I needed phone cables or other electrical equipment again in the future.

Bought an awesome selfie stick there extends about 4 ft and a screw-on tripod on the bottom. Staff were helpful

It was my first time in Prague. I was at the store to quickly grab a micro usb cable. I asked the lady by the cash register for some assistance. She looked tired but that's understandable as it was close to 8pm. She was able the help and everything went smoothly.
The rest of the store looked very tidy and clean with a wide selection of products and appliances.

The shop has a lot of options. We bought a smartphone, a coffee maker, and other things.

Ordered online several times and took my orders at this store. Stuff is helpful and most of them speak English. They serve you fast.

When you order stuff online and it should be ready in 30 minutes, it is usually ready earlier than that.

It’s a quite small shop (not far from Narodni trida tram station) comparing to other Datart stores located inside the shopping malls. However, it’s very convenient to stop here for a quick shopping - when you need some small things while you’re in the centre. The location is great and selection of goods is pretty big. The staff is not very friendly, and don’t hope for a warm welcome in any of big chain stores here. But they are not unfriendly either, so if you require help with a product, they will most likely answer your questions.

Great store to get electronics and small appliances if you need one. Though you can get a better price online.

They have everything electronic. Phones, cables and razors to name just a few. Very helpful staff.
